Aslamualequm,,,,Dear Brother.First i would like say to thanks for this service.

Brother,,There are few questions,Please can you answer these questions in detail with sahi hadith.

(In my all questions Please Remember,A man has children with his first wive)

First question-- Can a man do second or third marriage without permission of his first and second wives.? Please answer me in details with example of our prophet (pbuh). and with example of any SAHABA who had done marriage without permission of his first wives.???

Second question-- If ones wife is not beautiful and he likes beauty ,he is not happy with his SEX life can he marry another beautiful women??If he doesnt marry,he might go on wrong way.,so in this condition can he maary another women.

Third Question--If first wive doesnt give him permission to second marriage and she says if you(man) marry another women,you give me DIVRCE first and then go for second marriage. Or she says i wii do sucide if you marry another women..

--In this situation what should a man do??

-If he give DIVRce to his first wive,,,is this a SIN on him or NOT??

-If he doesnt want to give her DIVrce and do Second marriage,,is this a sin on him or NOT?

Fourth Question-- If someone has NOT-BEAUTIFUL wife .He is not happy with his SEX life.Can he give DivRce on this bases.Because HE IS NOT HAPPY with his SEX life.

If he DIVRCE her,,,is this a sin on him or NOT?

Fifth question-PLS NOTE--IN thses all cases both have KIDS,,I mean here man has own children for his first wive.so what will be role of the children in these cases).

There are above few questions.I know brother ,many peoples face this type of problem,some choose wrong way i.e. unlawfull sex relation,but some chooses rightway.

I shall be highly obliged to you if you give ANSWER Of these all questions in Detail with sahi hadith .

Does polygamy require wife’s permission

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: Can a man do second or third marriage without permission of his first and second wives.? Please answer me in details with example of our prophet (pbuh). and with example of any SAHABA who had done marriage without permission of his first wives.???

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 3:

3 If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice: two, or three, or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them) then only one or (a captive) that your right hands possess. That will be more suitable to prevent you from doing injustice

The one and only condition Allah Subhanah has laid upon the believers who wish to exercise their lawful option of marrying more than one wife is that they are absolutely just amongst their wives in the distribution of their time and their resources amongst them. There is absolutely nothing in the Quran nor in the authentic Sunnah which stipulates or puts a condition that a believer needs the prior permission or consent of his first wife before he marries for a second or third or fourth) time.

It is recorded in history that the Prophet (saws) and most of his noble companions had more than one wife; and there is absolutely no evidence that they sought the permission of their first wife to marry for a second (or the third or the fourth) time!

As long as the believing man is confident that he would be able to treat his wives justly and equally, he is well within his rights to exercise his option of marrying more than one wife.

Regardless of whether the husband is attracted to his first wife or not, regardless of whether he is sexually satisfied with his first wife or not…..if the husband exercises his lawful option to marry another woman and he sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day, he is under obligation to treat his wives justly and equally with his time and his resources.

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2128 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘When a man has two wives and he is inclined to one of them, he will come on the Day of resurrection with a side hanging down.’

First and foremost, there is nothing in Shariah Law which compels the husband to seek permission from his first wife to exercise his lawful option of marrying another wife!

If the first wife is convinced that her husband is going to take another wife, or the first wife finds out that her husband has already married another woman…..and she cannot bring herself to accept her husband having more than one wife, she is obviously well within her rights in Shariah to exercise her option to seek a separation from her husband through a ‘khula’ or divorce.

Your Question: If he give DIVRce to his first wive,,,is this a SIN on him or NOT??

If the first wife is unable to bring herself to accept the condition of her husband having more than one wife, and she insists on seeking divorce from her husband, there is no sin on either of them.

Your Question: If he doesnt want to give her DIVrce and do Second marriage,,is this a sin on him or NOT?

Regardless of whether the husband wants to divorce his first wife or not, if the first wife is unable to accept the condition of her husband marrying another woman, she is well within her rights to seek a separation through ‘khula’.

If the first wife seeks ‘khula’ from her husband, or insists that her husband divorce her before he marries another woman….in either case the husband will be absolutely blameless.

Your Question: PLS NOTE--IN thses all cases both have KIDS,,I mean here man has own children for his first wive.so what will be role of the children in these cases).

The children have no legal role in the decisions of the marriage of their parents….they will remain the legal and lawful children of their biological parents, and the marriage of their parent/s, by itself, would not change their roles towards their own parents.
