Answer:

Husband milk foster

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.39 Narrated by Aisha

That the Prophet entered upon her while a man was sitting with her. Signs of answer seemed to appear on the Prophet’s (saws) face as if he disliked that. Aisha said, "Here is my (foster) brother." He (saws) said, "Be sure as to who is your foster brother, for foster suckling relationship is established only when milk is the only food of the child."

Al-Muwatta Hadith 30.4

Yahya related from Malik from Thawr ibn Zayd ad-Dili that Abdullah ibn Abbas said, "The milk which a child under two years old sucks, even if it is only one suck, makes the foster relatives haram."

It is evident from the above authentic and established narration of the Prophet (saws) and the opinion of the noble companion of the stature of Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (r.a.) that only the suck consumed when one is an infant has legal bearings and develops a foster relationship. If a husband, regardless of whether accidentally or intentionally, happens to consume some milk from his wife’s breast it has absolutely no legal bearings, nor does this suck affect the validity of their relationship as husband and wife.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
