Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

Dear Brother Burhan first off all i request to dont show my E-mail ID in you reply.

my question is i have to elder sister to marriage and my age is almost 30 Years, is there any where mension in Quran or Sunnah that One who has elder sisters to marriage he has to wait till there marriage then he can get married.

i want to get married because i dont want to do any sin of sex like Zinah.

but i am afraid what my parents and my elder brother & sisters will think and what they will do if i get married before my sisters marriage.

Please Answer me in detail wat islam is saying in this matter

Answer:

Marry before elder brothers sisters

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

There is absolutely nothing in Shariah Law which discourages or restricts that one who is a younger sibling in a family cannot marry before their elder brothers or sisters have married. One is at absolutely liberty in Shariah to marry whenever one is ready, regardless of the marital status of their younger or elder siblings.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
