My question is about dreams in which the dreamer gets the honor of the company of Holy Prophet.

Answer:
See pm in dream
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no
grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 9.123 Narrated
by Anas
The Prophet (saws) said, "Whoever has
seen me in a dream, then no doubt, he has seen me, for the Shaytaan cannot
imitate my shape."
If one sees a dream whereby the person himself confirms that he is the Messenger of Allah (saws), then it is possible that Allah Subhanah has blessed and honored the person to witness the Prophet (saws) in their dream. When one experiences a dream of such nature, one should recognize the tremendous honor their Lord has blessed upon them and be grateful to their Lord Most Merciful, and furthermore strive to do good righteous deeds that would justify the great honor their Lord has blessed them with.
Your Question: my
question is that, is seeing the Holy Prophet in dreams is such an ordinary
thing that even sinners like my friend would get that honour.
Sahih Al-Bukhari
Hadith 9.144 Narrated by Abu
Huraira
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "When the Day of Resurrection approaches, the dreams of a believer will hardly fail to come true, and a dream of a believer is one of forty-six parts of Prophetism, and whatever belongs to Prothetism can never be false." Muhammad bin Sirin said, 'There are three types of dreams:
- The reflection of one's thoughts and
experiences one has during wakefulness,
- what is suggested by Satan to frighten the dreamer,
- or glad tidings from Allah.
So, if someone has
a dream which he dislikes, he should not tell it to others, but get up and
offer a prayer.' "
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, if one has been blessed
and honored by their Lord to witness the Noble Prophet Mohamed (saws) in their
dreams, then without an iota of a doubt, that dream is one of glad tidings from
Allah Subhanah.
Beloved brother, it is possible that whom we might look
upon as ordinary or sinning people might have done deeds which have great
weight in the Scales of Allah Subhanah.
The brother/sister who witnesses a dream from Allah Subhanah whereby he
is honored to see the Noble Prophet Mohamed (saws)……. that person should
recognize the tremendous honor their Lord has blessed them with, be extremely
gratefully to their Lord for the honor He has bestowed upon them, and strive
their utmost to do good righteous deeds that would justify the honor that their
Lord Most Gracious has bestowed them with.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your
brother and well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
