Answer:
What happened to murdered soul
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help
and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and
whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is no one (no idol, no person,
no grave, no prophet, no
imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone,
and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of
His Messengers.

Abu Hurairah reported that Allah's
Messenger (saws) asked: "Who do you consider to be a martyr?" They said: "O Allah's Prophet (saws), he
who is killed fighting for the Cause of Allah." The Prophet (saws) said: "(If this is so)
then very few in my community will be martyrs! " They asked: "Who else are they, O Allah's
Messenger (saws)?" He (saws) said:
"He who is killed fighting for Allah's Cause is a martyr, he who dies in
the Cause of Allah is a martyr, he who dies in an epidemic is a martyr, he who
dies from a stomach disease is a martyr, and the one who dies of drowning is
(also) a martyr."

Sa'id ibn Zaid reported that the
Prophet (saws) said: "He who is killed while guarding his property is a
martyr, he who is killed while defending himself is a martyr, and he who is
killed defending his religion is a martyr, and he who dies protecting his
family is a martyr."
Related by Ahmad and Tirmidhi.
If an innocent person, regardless of whether he is
a believer or a disbeliever, is killed by someone without right or just cause,
he will be considered a victim in the Sight of Allah Subhanah; and on the Day
of Judgment the Lord Most Just will Himself exact revenge from the murderers
and compensate the murdered in full.
If the person was murdered for no other reason
except in the Cause of Allah, or because he was inviting others to the Truth of
Allah, or because he was enjoining the good, or because he was forbidding the
evil, or because he was guarding his property, or because he was defending
himself or his family, etc., then indeed, in light of the above quoted
narrations of the Messenger of Allah (saws), he would be considered a ‘shaheed’
in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.
Your Question: what i can do to
help and make his soul in piece.?
The absolutely best thing one can and should do for
any deceased soul who has died as a believer is to constantly beg, implore, and
beseech Allah Subhanah to have Mercy upon the soul of their beloved brother or
sister, forgive them their sins, and accept them into His Sublime and Infinite
Mercy. Such supplication to the Lord
Most Merciful made on behalf of one’s deceased brother or sister in faith is
indeed beneficial to the deceased soul.
If the deceased brother or sister had left any
debts unpaid, if possible, one should try and fulfill the debts of their
beloved brother or sister; for the Messenger of Allah (saws) said that even if
one dies the death of a martyr, all his/her sins are forgiven by the Lord Most
Merciful, except the debts he/she has left behind.
Sahih Muslim Hadith 4649 Narrated by Amr ibn al-'As
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said:
‘All the sins of a Shahid (martyr) are forgiven, except debt!’
Fulfilling the debts of one’s deceased brother or
sister, even if they died the death of a martyr, would not only be beneficial
to the departed soul, but would earn the one who fulfills the debt a huge
reward from their Lord Most Gracious.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due
to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.

wisher in Islam,
