In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sister as you are aware it is absolutely haraam to be in a sexual relationship with your chachu (father's brother), who is a mehram to you. That means incest which is illegal in every country.

Your uncle is the main culprit because he has molested you when you were under age, But now you are an adult and you have to take a stance. The best path is that when he next approaches you, you should get terribly angry and warn him that if he ever touches you in a non-sensical way you will not only tell your parents and all the family about his behavior but will report him to the authorities by which he will definitely go to prison for molesting an underage girl.

Sister if you continue this act with your chachu without threatening him you will be severely responsible for committing the grave sin of zina with a mehram. Whatever happens you are not to allow him to molest you, even if it means telling your parents and exposing the mis-deeds of your uncle. If he co-operates and refrains from any further molestation, you should veil this unfortunate series of haraam acts as it will affect your future character and family ties. This secret should never be revealed to anyone. Leave the judgement and punishment in the able hands of your Majestic Lord on that inevitable Day of Qiyamah.

When the molestation started you were underage and it was your uncle to blame for his acts which he should have known is haraam and illegal. We understand the pressure and shame of the family when one who should be protecting you actually molests you and takes advantage. He will have a severe accounting to do in the just court of Allah swt.. If you allow this molestation to carry on even once more be sure you will bear equal blame and punishment. After warning him sternly to stay away, tell him to fear Allah swt., and if he persists you should scream rape and whatever happens after that you will not be responsible for the consequences.

InshaAllah common sense will prevail and your uncle will stop his evil acts. You are, however, to ensure that you are never alone with him in the house. If he ever gets a chance to repeat the molestations again, he will surely blame you and lie to everybody that you came upon him and some people might even believe him since you are now of age, and that will be a stain on your character. So be careful and make your intentions very clear to him immediately.

You should also immediately make sincere taubah to Allah swt and hope for His mercy and forgiveness. Do not despair of His mercy, as He knows everything seen and unseen and He is most just.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
