Respected Burhan Bhai As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh I am 25 year old Muslim Male and my job is good and with the Grace of Allah I am earning well .I already sent you a Question but till date no reply has been given .I am again sending the same question .I recently read three news in News Paper and all the three news were same Three Married Muslim women murdered their husband with the help of their lovers .The lovers were all Hindus and all were married .The reason was these women were having illicit sexual relations with those males and when their husbands objected they were murdered and in one case even the parents of husbands were also murdered .Their bodies were thrown in Nullah and when Police recovered bodies the bodies were decomposed. These news further made my mind firm in believe not to think about marriage even in my dreams .My parents are forcing me to marry as they say my marriage is their fard is it true? Burhan Bhai my problem is that I can not stop myself from masturbating .I think that Masturbation is best thing through which I can satisfy my sexual urge Burhan Bhai I would like to ask if I buy artificial vagina ( popular term “Inserter”) for masturbation will it be ok.As it is almost certain that I am not going to marry at all .Please reply soon what I do in his condition .Please note that my prayers are becoming more and more regular. So my questions are;
(1) Is children Marriage is parents fard, as I have read in one question Marriage is Sunnah.
(2) I am unable to understand what is the need to marry when one can easily satisfy its sexual urge by masturbation. And Masturbation also help in controlling sins like Zina, Fornication ,Rape etc.And now days there are various type of toys which help in Masturbation
(3) Please guide me how can I prepare my parents accepting my decision that I will not marry at all and not to force me as I think if they force me more I will commit suicide rather than marrying as I do not want to get murdered and my dead body decompose without proper cremation.
(4) If I buy artificial vagina (Inserter) for masturbating will it be ok or should I masturbate without inserter.
(5) Please guide me am I committing a sin by masturbating as I am not committing Zina, Fornication etc.Masturbation help me in preserving my chastity and also help me to satisfy my sexual urge too.

Marriage masturbation

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: Is children Marriage is parents fard, as I have read in one question Marriage is Sunnah.
Marriage is a preferred Sunnah act, and not obligatory or fard on the believers. If one performs it, and lives within the boundaries of Allah, he will have a huge reward from Allah Subhanah; and if one does not wish to get married, there is no sin upon him/her.

Q-2: I am unable to understand what is the need to marry when one can easily satisfy its sexual urge by masturbation. And Masturbation also help in controlling sins like Zina, Fornication ,Rape etc.And now days there are various type of toys which help in Masturbation
Firstly, it is absolutely prohibited in Islam and a grave sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah to fulfill one’s natural sexual urge through any other means other than the institution of marriage.

Secondly, there is absolutely no evidence that the evil act of masturbation helps in controlling sins like zina, fornication, rape, etc. According to the latest conservative statistics a woman is raped every six seconds in the United States alone; and that too when no law can be drafted by the courts of this world to prohibit the evil act of masturbation!

Thirdly, saying that one can fulfill his natural sexual urge through masturbation instead of the legal institution of marriage; is like saying that it should be legal for one to fulfill his natural love for wealth by stealing from others!

Q-3: Please guide me how can I prepare my parents accepting my decision that I will not marry at all and not to force me as I think if they force me more I will commit suicide rather than marrying as I do not want to get murdered and my dead body decompose without proper cremation.
If one has no desire to fulfill his natural urge to marry, there is absolutely no harm and no sin if one chooses not to marry.

But to fear marriage simply because of an isolated case where someone got murdered by their wives and their lovers is as illogical as to say that one will never go to sleep because he heard someone died in his sleep! Or to say that one will never travel by car, or train, or an airline simply because a person was killed in a vehicle crash! Or to say that one would never go to any hospital because a person died in a particular hospital!!!

Q-4: If I buy artificial vagina (Inserter) for masturbating will it be ok or should I masturbate without inserter.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter24 Surah Noor verse 30: O Prophet, enjoin the believing men to restrain their gaze, and guard their private parts. This is a more righteous way for them. Allah has knowledge of whatever they do.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah Israa verse 32: Do not even go near ‘zina’, for it is a very indecent thing and a very evil way!

Allah has commanded the believers to lower their gaze, and guard their chastity. This is a more righteous way for them. The act of ‘zina’ (fornication or adultery) is a great sin in Islam. The Prophet(saws) warned us against committing ‘zina’ of the eyes, ‘zina’ of the feet, ‘zina’ of the hands, etc. If one’s eyes are constantly watching sexual movies, magazines, etc. it would be considered ‘zina’ of the eyes. If one goes to a place to commit ‘zina’ or to the place of sexual movies, magazines, etc., it would be considered ‘zina’ of the feet. Similarly, the act of masturbation, could be considered a ‘zina’ of the eyes, or hands, etc. It is a sin and an evil act, and must be avoided by the believers.

Q-5: Please guide me am I committing a sin by masturbating as I am not committing Zina, Fornication etc.Masturbation help me in preserving my chastity and also help me to satisfy my sexual urge too.

The act of masturbation is an evil act and a grave sin in the sight of Allah Subhanah. Masturbation does not preserve one’s chastity in any way, for it is a path that leads to more sins.

If one indeed wants to save oneself from sin, preserve ones chastity, and also fulfill ones natural sexual desire in a legal way, then the only solution is to follow this simple advice of the Messenger of Allah (saws):

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.4 Narrated by Abdullah

We were with the Prophet (saws) while we were young and had no wealth whatever. So Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."
