Answer:
Marry in moharram
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad
(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
There are only two instances or situations in Shariah
where it is absolutely forbidden to contract a new marriage:
- When
one is in the state of ‘ehraam’ for pilgrimage
- Before
the completion of the ‘iddah’ or waiting period of the divorced or widowed
woman.
There is absolutely no day or night in the year wherein it
would be deemed forbidden or impermissible for a believer to contract a
marriage in Shariah! It is absolutely
lawful for the believers to marry on whichever day or night of the year they
prefer or chose, including the month of Moharram.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
