Ghusl after no intercourse.
Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
(May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our brothers/sisters has asked
this question:
Assalamu
alaikum
first of all I would like to request you that my question should be treated
confidentially.
I am married . With the grace almighty me and my wife are steadfast in deen and
prayers. My wife is having continues sneezing in the morning once she take
ablution . We went to a doctor. He said she is having some kind pf pennism she
should not wash her face in the morning and specially she should not take head
bath till noon in the day. but we never took his advice and she continue to
take head bath and pray fajr
My question here is some time we used to have contact without me putting my
part into her but by putting my fingers in to her and give her the satisfaction
.she becomes wet just like the perfect way. I want to know if a bath is
obligatory on her on this condition or she can just wash under her waist and
and take ablution and pray.
I do this only to avoid her taking a head bath in the morning. I hope you
understand my question clearly and reply me personally. I was long waiting to
clear this with someone whom I can trust .
Thank you,
hope
to receive a reply soon.
husband.

Answer:
Ghusl after no
intercourse
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 5 Surah
Maidah verse 6 (part):
…..If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity
bathe your whole body.
The acts which make the ‘ghusl’ obligatory before one can
offer their prayers are:
- Sexual
intercourse
- Full
release of sexual emission (mani).
- If
the male private organ touches the female private organ.
- Post
menstruation (for women).
If the male private organ has not touched the female
private organ, and the woman has not reached sexual climax/orgasm, then the
absolute majority of the scholars and jurists in Islam are of the opinion that
the woman will not be considered to be in a state of ceremonial or major
impurity and thus it would not be obligatory upon her to perform the ‘ghusl’ or
full bath of purification before she makes herself available for prayer. If the wife washes her private parts and
performs the ‘wudu’, it would suffice for her to perform her prayers.
As long as the wife does not reach sexual climax, the mere
touching or inserting of one’s fingers into one’s wife’s private parts do not
violate her state of ceremonial purity.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
