Answer:
Water wudu urine
wash tayammum
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your
Question: Can i know if one can perform wudu in the toilet sink (
As long as the water being used for performing the ‘wudu’
is pure and clean, regardless if it used from a tap, or a tank, or a river, or
a well, or the ocean, or a ‘wash-basin’…..it would be absolutely lawful for the
believers to perform their ‘wudu’ from any pure and clean water.
Your
Question: Second thing after Instinja if come to know there is no water other
then just few drops which is not sufficient? did he get taharat in few drops of
water or no?
While cleaning one’s private parts after relieving oneself
or doing ‘istinja’, one should be satisfied that they have thoroughly washed
and cleansed their private part/parts through which they relieved
themselves. If one has only a few drops
of water which would obviously not be sufficient to wash one’s private parts
thoroughly, and there is absolutely no water available in their vicinity, there
is no harm if one cleanses oneself with the stones of the earth.
Your
Question: if no then is Guhsl is neccassary after that.?
If perchance one has only a few drops of water which would
be insufficient to cleanse oneself satisfactorily, and there is neither
additional water nor stones nor any other cleansing agent available…..then one
may cleanse oneself with whatever is available to them and when they reach the
nearest point where they have access to water, they should thoroughly wash
their private parts and the parts of their body and clothes where the
impurities might have touched.
In such a situation the ‘ghusl’ is neither obligatory nor
necessary to cleanse oneself, for relieving oneself or answering the call of
nature is not considered a ceremonial or major impurity (like sexual
intercourse, wet-dreams, full sexual discharge, menses, etc.) for which ‘ghusl’
becomes obligatory; the washing of one’s private parts through which one
relieves oneself, and the washing of the body parts/clothes which might have
been touched by impurities would suffice.
But if one wishes to perform the ‘ghusl’, there is absolutely no harm.
Your
Question: ….and time of salah is running out then what have to do in such
condition??
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah
Maidah verse 6:
6 O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer wash your faces and
your hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads (with water); and (wash)
your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a
state of ceremonial impurity bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill or on a journey or one of
you cometh from offices of nature or ye have been in contact with women and
ye find no water then take for yourselves clean sand or earth and rub
therewith your faces and hands. Allah
doth not wish to place you in a difficulty but to make you clean and to
complete His favor to you that ye may be grateful.
Being in the state of purity and ‘wudu’ is an absolute
pre-condition for one to be able to offer their prayers. If one has answered the call of nature and
does not have water to cleanse oneself, nor find even a handful of water in
their vicinity to cleanse themselves….then there is allowance in Shariah that
one use stones of the earth to cleanse themselves, and the pure sand of the
earth to perform their ‘tayammum’ and make themselves available for
prayer.
Beloved brother, we wish to clarify here that the absolute
first preference and option should always be to purify oneself with water. In
the opinion of the absolute majority of the scholars, the ‘tayammum’ should
only be performed if one has striven one’s absolute best and not been able to
find any water for their ‘wudu’, or one is ill and/or one genuinely fears that
the touching of water might deteriorate their health.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
