Answer:
Marry hindu girl
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your Question:
I am madly in love with a hindu girl and i want to marry her is it ok in islam
to do so?
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 221:
221 Do not marry idolatrous women until they believe; a slave woman who believes is better than an idolatrous woman even
though she allure you. Nor marry (your
girls) to idolaters until they believe: a man slave who believes is better than
idolater, even though he allures you. Disbelievers do (but) beckon you to the
Fire; but Allah beckons by His Grace to the Garden (of Bliss) and forgiveness,
and makes His Signs clear to mankind: that they may celebrate His Praise.
A marriage between a believer and a Hindu sister would be
absolutely unlawful and prohibited in the Sight of Shariah Law and in the Sight
of Allah Subhanah. The one and only way
it would be lawful for a believer to marry an idolatrous woman is that the
woman, of her own free will, leaves her pagan beliefs and religion and reverts
to the Truth of Al-Islam.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 216:
216 ……But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you and that ye love a thing which is bad
for you. But Allah knoweth and ye know
not.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.27 Narrated
by Abu Huraira
The Prophet (saws) said, "A woman is
married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and
her religion. So you should marry the
religious woman (otherwise) you will be a loser."
Respected brother, as much as this idolatrous sister might
allure you, as much as you may be ‘madly in love’ with her…..a marriage between
a believer and an idolatrous woman would be absolutely unlawful, null, and void
in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.
If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and
commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),
one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any
other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be
assured of being led astray.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
