One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

I am sexually attracted by my cousin sister and i had touched her many time with sexual intention(i dont know wheather she did understand or not).I am not liking to do so but something make me to do.I feel GGRGGRGRG after this stupidity done by me.she is 7 years younger than me and i am of 17.What should i do?Please help me i am afraid that i may persude her to have sexual intercourse with me because she is close to or i may force her(because i feel anxious only toward her with great force not other time so. we are living in a joint family.)

Sexual urge resist

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah Israa verse 32:

Do not even go near ‘zina’ (fornication or adultery) for it is a very indecent thing and a very evil way!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 33:

33 Say: The things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: ‘fahisha’ (shameful or indecent deeds) whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah for which he hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anaam verse 151:

151 Say: "Come I will rehearse what Allah hath (really) prohibited you from": join not anything as equal with Him; be good to your parents: kill not your children on a plea of want; We provide sustenance for you and for them; come not (even) nigh to ‘fahisha’ (shameful or indecent deeds) whether open or secret; take not life which Allah hath made sacred except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you that ye may learn wisdom.

Beloved brother in Islam, the one and only thing which would stop you from falling further into sin is to fear Allah and His Last Day of Accounting! Whatever it takes brother, you stay away from this innocent child….for Allah is our witness brother, if anything untoward were to happen, you will carry the burden of the shame not only in your whole life in this world, but also in the eternal life of the Hereafter!

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.4 Narrated by Abdullah

We were with the Prophet (saws) while we were young and had no wealth whatever. So Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty, and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."

My beloved brother who is giving his test of youth, fear Allah and put not yourself to destruction in this life and the hereafter with your own hands….and if you sincerely fear Allah, and fear the standing in the Lord’s Tribunal on that Inevitable and Tumultuous Day of Accounting….you stay away from ever even approaching the abomination of ‘fahisha’ and ‘zina’. If your urge to indulge in the abomination of unlawful sexual intercourse is so overwhelming, then either convince your parents to get you married to a good pious woman….and if for any reason you cannot get married, then observe voluntary fasts….for the Messenger of Allah (saws) said that fasts diminishes one’s unlawful urge for sex.

We pray that Allah Subhanah have mercy upon you, guide you to fear Him, protect your chastity and your modesty….and also protect your innocent cousin from any harm. Ameen.
