As salam aly kum,

Please kindly answer my question, If we find a man`s dead body we can recogonise him whether he is a muslim by his circumsized penis and if he is a non-muslim then he is not circumsized.

suppose if we find a dead body of a women, How we are going to recogonise her whether she is a muslim or Non muslim.

What to do with unclaimed body

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

If perchance some believers finds an absolutely unclaimed body of a deceased woman, and they are unable to determine her belief from her appearance, or her clothes, or her belongings, one (or more) amongst the believing women should try their best to determine her belief from the prayer marks on her body, if any. If the believers are absolutely convinced that the deceased woman was a believer then they should prepare for a ‘muslim’ funeral prayer and burial; and if after their very best efforts, the believers are unable to determine the belief of the deceased woman, they should either hand her deceased body over to the authorities, or simply bury her without a funeral prayer.
