Answer:
Nikaah again
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Provided all the obligatory conditions of an Islamic
‘Nikaah’ were fulfilled the first time, there would obviously be no need for
one to perform the same rite of ‘nikaah’ again to marry the same person! The first ‘nikaah’ would more than suffice as
a lawful marriage in the Sight of Shariah Law and of Allah Subhanah.
Unless and until one has performed the first ‘nikaah’ in
secrecy of one’s loved ones or the society one lives in, and intends to perform
a second ‘nikaah’ with the same person only so that their first or ‘secret
Nikaah’ remains a secret in the sight of their loved ones and the society one
lives in…..
Beloved brother, to perform the second ‘Nikaah’ for such
frivolous reasons would not only be lies and deception, but it would be akin to
make a complete mockery of the sacred rite of ‘nikaah’ in the Sight of Allah
Subhanah. The believers who sincerely
fear Allah and the Last Day must absolutely abstain from doing anything which
would make a mockery of the Laws and Rites of Allah Subhanah.
If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and
commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),
one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any
other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be
assured of being led astray.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
