Answer:

Marry shia

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Questions: CAN U TELL ME A GIRL WHO IS SUNNI CAN SHE MARRY A GUY WHO IS NON MUSLIM OR SHIYA OR AHAMDI

Any person who verbally declares belief in Allah and in Prophet Mohamed (saws) being the Last and Final Messenger of Allah will be regarded as a legal muslim in the sight of Shariah, and all the rights accorded to a believer will be accorded to him in full: he can marry amongst the believers, he may visit the Sacred House of Allah, he will be given a muslim burial, he will inherit from his muslim parents, his children will inherit from him, etc.

The people who claim to follow the ‘Shia’ school of thought believe in Allah and in Prophet Mohamed (saws) as the Last and Final Messenger of Allah; thus they will regarded as legal believers in the sight of Shariah, and their marriage to a believing woman will be considered absolutely valid and legal in Shariah.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 221: Do not marry unbelieving women until they believe; a slave woman who believes is better than an unbelieving woman even though she allure you. Nor marry (your girls) to unbelievers until they believe: a man slave who believes is better than un unbeliever even though he allure you. Unbelievers do (but) beckon you to the fire. But Allah beckons by His grace to the Garden (of Bliss) and forgiveness and makes His Signs clear to mankind: that they may celebrate His praise.

In light of the above Aayah of Surah Baqarah it would not be permissible for a believing woman to marry any non-believer until he believes.

Although the Ahmadis profess belief in Allah, they profess belief in the advent of another prophet (Ghulam Ahmad Qadhiani) after Prophet Mohamed (saws); thus their belief in a false prophet would take them out of the fold of Islam and they will be considered non-muslims in the sight of Shariah. All the laws that apply to non-muslims in Shariah would apply to the Ahmadis, and thus it would not be permissible for a believing man or a believing woman to marry amongst the Ahmadis.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
