Urgent questions relating to female issues

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

Assalamualaikum,
I have two questions brother. I hope you dont mind. My first question is that I never had my mesturation naturally. Once I had it with some birth control pills that my doctor prescribed for me but it was unnatural mensturation. I had to stop the pills coz it I suffered some side effects from it. So, I had this fear in me that I may never be able to have a child of my own. But I read a hadith some where about Fatima (ra) that mensturation was removed from her. So It gave me a little ease but later I found out the information is not correct. I never saw any women without mensturation. But if Allah removed it from me then I accept it, I have no complain cause I feel like mensturation would prevent me from worshipping Allah for a certain period of time and also it is a discomfort. I think the reason I dont get my mensturation is because I have high levels of male hormone in me. I have seen many many doctors but none could provide improve it, instead they made the condition worse.
Other than that I also have genetic liver disease which makes my blood circulation flow faster than normal speed and my blood count will always be low. I have varices in my stomach which blocks the way of blood flow. Doctors say when these varices breaks up there is chance of excessive bleeding which can cause death.
Sometimes I suffer from anemia due to this liver disease which makes me weak and fatigue. I get tired easily. Thats thats why I have failed to get a proper education which every parents expects from their children. But now I only want to seek the knowledge of Islam which would benefit me in this life and also in the Hereafter.
I have no complain, whatever illness Allah gave me Im happy with it. I just want to get closer to Allah.
Ibn 'Abbas said to me, "Shall I show you a woman of the people of Paradise?" I said, "Yes." He said, "This black lady came to the Prophet and said, 'I get attacks of epilepsy and my body becomes uncovered; please invoke Allah for me.' The Prophet said (to her), 'If you wish, be patient and you will have (enter) Paradise; and if you wish, I will invoke Allah to cure you.' She said, 'I will remain patient,' and added, 'but I become uncovered, so please invoke Allah for me that I may not become uncovered.' So he invoked Allah for her." (Bukhari vol 7, book 70 number 555)
The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that, as I have stated above the birthcontrol pills gave me some side effects. One of them is that it left a ugly dark discoloration on my face. and I get some facial hair on my chin and upper lip due to the high levels of male hormone in me. I have even lost most of my hair from my head that I had to shave my head off and become bald. Its like my beauty is gone. I feel so bad when I look at my old pictures. I sometimes feel insecure in public. I praying to Allah to give me my beauty back so that I can confidently speak to people cause If I cant speak confidently then how would I give dawah? I have very low self esteem, I really dont love myself. I wish to get married someday but Im not confident enough to do so cause I'm insecure. Is there any specific dua I can recite so that Allah give me my lost beauty back in me soon enough?
The only thing I want in this life from Allah is Islamic knowledge and wisdom, confidence and the ability to love myself, and marriage to the right man.
Thank you for reading my mail
I look forward to hear from you soon InshAllah
JazakAllah Khair

Answer:

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sister if you have these medical problems you should consult some specialists and seek a cure from them. Your acceptance of the diseases with patience is commendable and InshaAllah Allah swt will grant you ajr for your faith and trust in Him alone. Your intention of gaining Islamic knowledge is very noble and you can strive to gain this from reading the Glorious Quran in a language that you can understand. You can also learn a lot from the internet. The best would of course be to enroll in a good Islamic institution. Regarding a duaa to regain your beauty etc., Sister please rest assured there is no such thing from the Quran. Your supplications to your Lord Creator is more than sufficient.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
