My question is that if we go to Europe or America for doing jobs is that income haram or halal ?

Answer:

Working in US Europe lawful or unlawful

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The whole of the heavens and the earth belong to Allah Subhanah, the Lord and Creator of everything in existence. As long as the work or job that one does is lawful in its essence and does not violate any of the tenets of Shariah, one is at absolute liberty to seek to earn their livelihood from any lawful means in any place or nation one wills and chooses.

To the best of our knowledge there is absolutely nothing in Shariah Law which prohibits the believers from going to any nation they wish to seek lawful employment.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
