Adoption

1. Rights of adopting father. 2. Adoption in Isalam. 3. Rights of adopted bio parents. 4. Change record of adopted fathers name. 5. Name of adopted daughter. 6. Which name to give adopted child. 7. Dispute in property. 14. And if the couple has only one child which is adopted, why can't they leave all their wealth to that child alone? 15. Bequeath a third to adopted child. 16. Burhan, I do not understand why you conclude that it is absolutely ok to ADOPT a child. Whereas the actual meaning of ADOPTION is something else (as explained above). 17. So does it means that my adopted Children will not enter the paradise. 18. In my situation if I don't introduce him as my son or my sister's son for sure the child would face a lot of problems in the society. 19. If we the adopted child does not have equal right to property, then will he not feel hurt? 20. Regarding adoption, if we do not know the identity of the parents of the child are we still allowed to adopt?
