Ruling on wearing neckties

I do not think that women should wear neckties, since we have some reservations about men wearing them – so how about women?
With regard to men, there are reservations about them wearing neckties, but nowadays we see many people wearing them, especially some employees in some departments. I hope that men feel uncomfortable about wearing them, but in the case of women, they should definitely not wear them.
