Thanks n jazakallah for the detailed answer.  brother i would like to ask one more thing, i was reading an article  for eid namaz that " Eid prayer , it is compulory for all muslims, irrespective of their sex and age, to join Eid congregational prayer followed by sermon.

 
Even menstrual women were asked by the prophet peace be upon him, to attend the eid sermon, but they should norefrain from the prayer.................

 
Brother Burhan , my question is is is compulsory for the females ????  second is how can a menstruated girl enter the mosque? i asked this question to my uncle, he send the below answer but i am not satisfied.  so kindly help me pls.

As-Salaamu 'Alaykum daughter,

It is not compulsory for women to attend the Eid prayer, but it is better for them to attend the Eid prayer than to stay home because that is what the Prophet (salallahu alayhi wasalam) enjoined upon them. A menstruating girl (or woman) can enter the masjid, they just can't go to the prayer area (mat). Remember the masjid is the whole building and the prayer area is the designated area for prayer. wallahu alim.

Menstrual women and Eid prayers

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) declared it obligatory for all believers, men, women (menstruating and non-menstruating), and children, to attend the Eid prayers and sermon.

Fiqh-us-Sunnah Fiqh 2.147

The prayers of the two Eids was prescribed in the first year after the migration. The Messenger of Allah (saws) ordered the (believing) men and women to go out to attend them.

Fiqh-us-Sunnah Fiqh 2.148a

The Messenger of Allah (saws) guided women and children to go out and attend the two Eid prayers. This includes married, single, young, old, or menstruating women.

Umm 'Atiyah reports: "We were ordered to go out with the single and menstruating women to the two Eids in order to witness the good and the supplications of the Muslims. The menstruating women would be separate from the others."

Related by al-Bukhari and Muslim.

Ibn Abbas says that the Prophet (saws) would take his wives and daughters to the two Eids.

Related by Ibn-Majah and al-Baihaqi.

Ibn 'Abbas reports: "I went out with the Prophet (saws) on the day of breaking the fast (Eidul-Fitr) or of the sacrifice (Eidul-Adha), and he (saws) prayed and gave a sermon, and then he (saws) went to the women and admonished them, reminded them of Allah, and ordered them to give charity."

Related by al-Bukhari.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) guided and commanded the believing men, women and children to attend the Eid congregation, including women who were married, single, young, or old, menstruating or non-menstruating. The believing women who are free from menstruation should offer the Eid prayers in congregation and listen to the sermon proceeding it, while the menstruating women should abstain from offering the Eid prayer and then listen to the Eid sermon.

Yes sister, the Messenger of Allah (saws) declared the attending of the Eid prayers as ‘fard’ (obligatory) upon every believer: men, women, and children.

Hadrat Umm Salamah (r.a.), the wife of the Prophet (saws), related that the Messenger of Allah (saws) came to the masjid’s courtyard and said at the top of his voice, "The masjid is off limits to menstruating women and the sexually impure persons."

Related by Ibn Majah and at-Tabarani.

Those who are in the state of ceremonial impurity or women who are menstruating are indeed prohibited from entering the precincts of a masjid.

One of the reason why the Eid prayers are normally held in an ‘Eid-gaah’ or an open area and not in the masaajids is to accommodate the believing woman who are menstruating.

If one lives in an area where there are no dedicated ‘Eid-gaahs’, or where Eid prayers are only held in masjids, the majority of the scholars in Islam are of the opinion that the believing woman who are menstruating must not enter the precincts of the masjid, but attend and listen to the sermon from beyond the precincts which define the boundaries of the masjid. And Allah Alone Knows Best.
