Jesus Son of Mary Will Judge MAnkind.

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

Greetings to all.... I grow in a very Devoted Roman Catholic family but I always have a doubt in my hearth because of contradiction of our bible against some practices just like to bow down on statues and term "trinity".

In one of your answers you quoted "Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.657" That Jesus Son of Mary Will Judge MAnkind Justly, what does this mean, is it thesame what christian believe that Jesus will be the judge in the end of times?

(There may be some grammatical and spelling errors in the above statement. The forum does not change anything from questions, comments and statements received from our readers for circulation in confidentiality.)

Answer:

Will jesus be judge

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.657 Narrated by Abu Huraira

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "By Him (Allah) in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus (a.s.)) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); ……

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.658 Narrated by Abu Huraira

Allah's Messenger (saws) said "How will you be when the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus (a.s.)) descends amongst you and he will judge people by the Law of the Qur'an and not by the law of Gospel?”

During the second coming of Christ Jesus (a.s.) son of Mary upon this earth, Prophet Jesus (a.s.) will establish the Kingdom of Righteousness on this very earth and he (Jesus (a.s.)), as the undisputed ruler of the world, will judge people justly according to the Law of the Last and Final Revelation of the Lord, the Al-Quran on this earth.

But on the Day of Judgment, no Prophet, no Angel, no man, no jinn….. absolutely no one will be able to utter even a single word without the precise permission of the Lord Most Majestic, leave alone judge on His behalf!!!!! On that Inevitable and Tumultuous Day, The Majestic and Supreme Lord Alone Will Judge in Absolute and Perfect Justice all in His creation!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 34 Surah Saba verse 26:

Say, “Our Lord (Allah) will gather us all together, then He Alone will Judge between us with Truth. He Alone is the One Who Decides, and He Alone Knows everything.”

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 40 Surah Mumin verse 18:

O Prophet, warn them of the Day that has approached near, when the hearts (of all) will leap up to their throats and the people will be standing mute, grief-stricken; and the wrong-doers will neither have any kindly friend nor any ‘shafaa’ (intercessor) who may be listened to.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 20 Surah Taha verses 108-109:

On that Day the people will come straight to the call of the summoner! No one will dare show any haughtiness, and all the voices will be hushed before the Merciful and you will hear nothing but a whispering mumur! On that Day, no intercession shall avail save his whom the Merciful may allow to intercede, and be pleased to give him a hearing.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verse 116-118:

(On the Day of Judgment) Allah will say, “O Jesus, son of Mary, did you ever say to the people, “Make me and my mother deities besides Allah?” Jesus will say, “Glory be to You! It did not behove me to say that thing which I had no right to say. Had I ever said such a thing, You would most surely have known it, for You know all that is in my mind, but I do not know what is in Your mind. Indeed, You have full knowledge even of all the hidden things. I never told them anything other than what You bade me. I said, ‘Worship Allah, Who is my Lord as well as your Lord.’ I was a witness to their conduct as long as I remained among them, but when You recalled me, You watched over them: for You keep over everything. Now, if You punish them, they are Your own servants, and if You forgive them, You are the All Powerful and All Wise.”

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
