Answer:
Can disbeliever go
to hajj
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Q-1) Can a non muslim person who has the knowledge of islam but on
passport he is still a non muslim can perform haj
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah
Taubah verse 28:
O ye who believe! Truly the mushriks (polytheists) are
impure; so let them not after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty ,soon will Allah
enrich you if He wills out of His Bounty,
for Allah is All-Knowing All-Wise.
Merely having knowledge of Islam is not enough to allow a
disbeliever to enter the precincts of the Sacred Mosque in Makkah or perform
the pilgrimage of Hajj or Umrah.
Q-2) Can a non muslim person who has embrace islam but on passport he
is still a non muslim person in this scenario can a person be allowed to
perform haj.
If one has reverted to the Truth of Al-Islam and declared
the ‘shahaadah’ or testimony of faith that there is no god worthy of worship
except Allah Alone and that Mohamed (saws) is Allah’s Messenger…..regardless of
the name assigned to such a person at birth, and absolutely regardless of what
name is printed on their legal documents….such a person will be considered a
muslim in the Sight of Allah Subhanah and in the sight of the believers.
Every right that is due to a believer will be accorded to
such a person in full. As long as the
person declares the ‘shahaadah’, regardless of what kind or type of name is
registered in their passport, such a person will be allowed to visit the Sacred
House and perform the pilgrimages of Umrah and Hajj.
Q-3) Can a holy Quran be gifted to non muslim, if yes in what
circumstances he can be gifted the quran, and is woduh mandatory for read
quran,
One of the absolute best ways to invite a disbeliever to
the Truth of Islam is to give them a copy of the translation of the Glorious
Quran in the language they understand best.
The Messenger of Allah (saws) himself wrote some verses from the
Glorious Quran in the letters he (saws) sent with his emissaries to the various
disbelieving leaders surrounding Arabia in his efforts to invite them to the
Truth of Al-Islam.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 185:
Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was sent
down: this Book is a Perfect Guidance
for mankind and consists of clear Teachings which show the
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah
Nisaa verse 82:
Do they
(the disbelievers) not ponder over the Quran? Had it been from any other than Allah, surely there would have been many
contradictions in it.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah
Anaam verse 157-158:
Now that a clear proof, a Guidance and Blessing, has come to you from
your Lord, who can be more unjust than the one who treats Our Revelations as
false and turns away from them?
We will inflict the severest torment on those who turn away from Our
Revelations because of their aversion.
Do the people now await that the angels should come down before them? Or that your Lord may Himself come down? Or that the manifest Signs of your Lord
should appear?
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 16 Surah
Nahl verse 44:
We sent the former Messengers with clear signs
and Books, and now We have sent the
Admonition to you (O Prophet), so that you should make plain and
explain to the people the teachings of the Book, which has been sent for them, and so they
should (themselves) ponder over it.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 20 Surah
Taha verse 113:
Thus have We sent this down as an Arabic Quran, and have given therein warnings in various
ways; so that they may be saved from perverseness, or that this may help arouse understanding in
them.
In light of the guidance of the above quoted evidence from
the Glorious Quran it is evident that the Quran is not for the believers alone,
but its guidance is for all of mankind in general.
The guidance and condition of touching the Glorious Quran
only when one is pure is applicable only for the believers, not for the
disbelievers. The scholars and the jurists in Islam are unanimous in their
opinion that there is absolutely no harm if one gives a copy of the Glorious
Quran to their disbelieving brethren in their efforts to invite them to the
Truth of Islam. And Allah Alone Knows
Best.
Your Question: …is
woduh mandatory for read quran,
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 56 Surah
Waqiah verses 77-79
77 That this is indeed a Qur'an, most
honorable
78 In a Book well-guarded
79 Which none shall touch but those who are
purified.
Although the above quoted aayah is meant to state
how the Glorious Quran is honored by the noble Angels in the heavens; the scholars have opined that just as the
Quran is honored in the heavens by the Angels,
so should it be honored by the believers on the earth…. And thus, one, who
sincerely believes in Allah and the Last Day, should touch the Glorious Quran,
regardless of whether the copy is in the original Arabic text or a translation
in any other language, only when one is pure and clean, and preferably when in
the state of ‘wudu’.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah
Maidah verse 6:
6 O ye who believe! When ye prepare for prayer wash your faces and
your hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads (with water); and (wash)
your feet to the ankles.
The only acts in Islam whereby the ‘wudu’ is absolutely
obligatory and a pre-condition is when one is about to offer a prayer or while
circumambulating the Holy Kaaba (tawaaf); if these two rites are performed
without the ‘wudu’, it would nullify the rites.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 229 Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib
Abdullah ibn Salamah said: ‘I, accompanied by
other two persons, one from us and the other from Banu Asad, called upon Ali.
He sent them to a certain territory (on some mission) saying: ‘You are going to
a sturdy and vigorous people; hence display your power for religion.’ He then
stood and entered the toilet. He then came out and called for water and took a
handful of it. Then he wiped (his hands) with it and began to recite the
Qur'an. They were surprised at this (action).
Thereupon he said: ‘The Messenger of Allah (saws) came out from
the privy and taught us the Quran and took meat
with us. Nothing prevented him from (reciting) the Quran except sexual
defilement.’
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3751 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas
The Messenger of Allah (saws) came out from
the privy and water was presented to him. They (the people) asked: ‘Should we
bring you water for ablution?’ He (saws)
replied: ‘I have been commanded to perform ablution (only) when I get up
for prayer.’
Sahih Muslim Hadith 725 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas
The Messenger of Allah (saws) came out of the
privy, and he was presented with some food, and the people reminded him about
ablution, but he (saws) said: ‘Am I to say prayer that I should perform
ablution?’
In light of the above guidance of the Quran and the
Sunnah, although it would be preferred to touch or recite the Glorious Quran
while in the state of ‘wudu’, there is no obligation and no harm if one were to
touch or recite it even when not in the state of ‘wudu’ or ablution. But one should strive to abstain from
touching or reciting the Quran when one is in the state of ‘janaba’ or major
ceremonial impurity.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
