Answer:

To fear Allah in the unseen

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

May Allah Subhanah reward you with the best of this world and the Hereafter for your kind comments of encouragement for our humble efforts in the propagation of the Truth. If our humble and modest efforts have helped even one brother or sister get closer to Allah and His Deen of Truth, then we would consider ourselves indeed fortunate to have been given this opportunity by the Lord Most Merciful to serve in His Cause. We hope, beg, and pray the Merciful Lord accepts our humble and weak efforts, forgives us our shortcomings, and saves you, us, and all the believers from the torment of the Hell Fire. Ameen.

Your Question: ….what does this aayat means :" ....Khashiyar Rahmaana bil ghaib....".

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 36 Surah Yaa Seen verse 11:

11 Thou (O Prophet (saws)) canst but admonish: such a one as follows the Message, and ‘Khasheyar Rahmaana bil Ghayb’ (fears the (Lord) Most Gracious unseen): give such a one therefore good tidings of forgiveness and a reward most generous.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 50 Surah Qaaf verses 31-34:

31 And the Garden will be brought nigh to the righteous; no more a thing distant.

32 (A voice will say:) "This is what was promised for you; for everyone who turned (to Allah) in sincere repentance, who kept (his law).

33 Who ‘Khasheyar Rahmaana bil Ghayb’ (feared the (Lord) Most Gracious unseen), and brought a heart turned in devotion (to Him):

34 Enter ye therein in Peace and Security; this is a Day of Eternal Life!"

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 67 Surah Mulk verse 12:

12 As for those who ‘yakh shawna Rabba-hum bil ghayb’ (fear their Lord unseen); for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 35 Surah Fatir verse 18:

18 Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another's burden. If one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load, not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other) even though he be nearly related. Thou canst but admonish such as ‘yakh shawna Rabba-hum bil ghayb’ (fear their Lord unseen) and establish regular prayer; and whoever purifies himself does so for the benefit of his own soul; and the destination (of all) is to Allah.

The phrase ‘Khasheyar Rahmaana bil Ghayb’ literally means ‘to fear The Lord Most Gracious in the unseen’.

When one inevitably tastes the element of death, the ‘screen’ or the ‘curtain’ of the unseen will be lifted and there will be none who will not in absolute awe and fear of the Majesty and Supremacy of their Lord Most High……but the test ordained by the Lord Most Gracious for the short period of this one worldly life was to see who amongst mankind accepts, obeys, fears, and worships their Lord Creator in the ‘unseen’.

Your Question: ….how to keep ourselves away from the "Waswaasil khannaas"...

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 114 Surah An-Naas verses 1-6:

1 Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind

2 The King of mankind

3 The Allah of mankind

4 From the mischief of the Whisperer (of evil) who withdraws (after his whisper)

5 (The same) who whispers into the hearts of mankind

6 Amongst Jinns and among men.

‘Waswaas’ refers to the ‘whisperer of evil’, and the ‘Khannaas’ is one who withdraws after whispering his evil…..in reference to the inherent nature and work of the accursed enemy of man, the Shaytaan.

…..how to keep ourselves away from the "Waswaasil khannaas"...

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verses 14-18:

14 He (the Shaytaan) said to (Allah Subhanah): "give me respite till the Day they are raised up."

15 (Allah Subhanah) said: "be thou among those who have respite."

16 He (the Shaytaan) said: "because Thou hast thrown me out of the Way; Lo! I will lie in wait for them on Thy Straight Way.

17 Then will I assault them from before them, and behind them, from their right, and their left: nor wilt Thou find in most of them gratitude (for Thy Favors).

18 (Allah) said: "Get out from this disgraced and expelled. If any of them follow thee, Hell will I fill with you all!’

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 15 Surah Hijr verses 36-40:

36 (The Shaytaan) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised."

37 (Allah) said: "Respite is granted to thee

38 Till the Day of the Time Appointed."

39 (The Shaytaan) said: "O my Lord! Because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth and I will put them all in the wrong

40 Except Thy servants amongst them sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)."

Respected brother in Islam, because the accursed enemy of mankind, the Shaytaan sought and was given respite by Allah Subhanah to exercise his mischief of lying in wait for mankind and whispering thoughts of evil into their hearts until the Day when the dead are raised to life again……the truth is that none amongst mankind, except those whom the Lord Most Gracious has chosen, can keep away from the ‘whispering of evil’ of the Evil Whisperer entering their hearts!

Because the accursed Shaytaan has sought and was given respite by the Lord Most High to exercise his mischief until the Hour is appointed, he will continue to exercise his mischief and continue to ‘whisper’ his evil into the hearts of man…..one cannot get away from the thoughts or ‘whispers’ of evil which the accursed Shaytaan tirelessly puts into the hearts of man, but what one who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day can and should constantly do is safeguard oneself from accepting those evil thoughts and whispers which the Shaytaan puts in their hearts……by seeking refuge with their Lord from the accursed Shaytaan and his mischief……there is simply no other way to mitigate this constant and tireless mischief of the Shaytaan other than to seek refuge in the Lord Most Gracious!

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verses 200-202:

200 If a suggestion from the Shaytaan assails thy (heart), seek refuge with Allah; for He Hears and Knows (all things).

201 Those who fear Allah, when a thought of evil from the Shaytaan assaults them, bring Allah (immediately) to remembrance; when lo! They see (aright)!

202 But their brethren (the Shayateen strive to) plunge them deeper into error and never relax (their efforts).

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 41 Surah Haa Meem verse 36:

36 And if (at any time) an incitement to discord is made to thee by the Shaytaan, seek refuge in Allah. He is the One Who Hears and Knows all things.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 23 Surah Muminoon verses 97-98:

97 And say: "O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Shaytaan;

98 And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord, lest they should come near me."

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
