Husband wants to divorce wife after getting green card?

dear burhan brother,
assalam o alaikum, my husband deceived me for many things and instead of
getting ashamed of that all he is looking to file a case against me that he
didnt marry me and that was just an annuled marriagethat is based on fraud with
him that i made with him to marry only for green card. i`m very much worried
about this situation because if he wants to get seperated from me then divorce
me because without divorce this relation would never end up. my brother my
husband and my inlaws were very cruel with me and he married only for the
jewellery and all the money which my mother had given him at the time of
marriage ceremony.i`ve written you a detailed letter at your address

Husband wants to
divorce wife after getting green card?
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and
ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and
whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is no one (no idol, no
person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of
worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His
slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Beloved sister, if a husband has decided to divorce his wife
for whatever reason, there is not much
a wife can do to stop her husband from divorcing her. If the husband has indeed been cruel and oppressive with his
wife, and it seems that he may get away
with this crime in the short life of this world; be rest assured that Allah Subhanah is keeping a full account of
every persons deeds and he will have a severe accounting in the Presence of
the All Mighty Lord on an Inevitable Day.
Beloved sister in Islam, be rest assured that Allah Subhanah is aware
of the situation of each of His slaves; and He tests mankind with good and bad situations to see who amongst
mankind are grateful in good conditions, and who are patient in trying times.
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 130: But if they (the husband and wife) disagree (and
must part), Allah will provide abundance
for all from His all-reaching Bounty: for Allah is He Who cares for all, and is Wise.
Beloved sister in Islam, keep your Faith firm and put your full trust
in your Merciful Lord; even if your
husband divorces you. It may be that
Allah Subhanah Wills to reward you for your patience, and from His Unending Bounty and Grace, provide you with a pious and God-fearing husband in his stead.
May Allah Subhanah make your
trial easy for you and from His Grace and Bounty provide you with one who will
honor you, and make you the comfort of
his eyes. Ameen.

benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error

is the Only Source of Strength.
