One of our brothers/sisters has asked
this question:
what
do we mean by relationship generally on islamic perspective?
(There may be some grammatical and spelling
errors in the above statement. The forum does not change anything from

Answer:
What is relationship
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
A ‘relationship’ is the dealing or inter-action between
two people, or two groups of people…be it between the Creator and His creation,
the ruler and his subjects, a human and his fellow human beings, a believer and
his believing brethren, an imam and his congregation, parents and their
children, an individual and his blood-relatives, a husband and his wife,
etc.
Allah and His Messenger (saws) have guided the believers
towards the rights that are due in each and every relationship…..thus brother,
if you could be more specific what rights in which exact relationship you seek
clarification on, we would be honored to address your question in light of the
guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah, Insha Allah.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
