Parents and Jihad

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His  forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol,  no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.248         Narrated byAbdullah bin Amr

A man came to the Prophet  asking his permission to take part in Jihad. The Prophet asked him, "Are your parents alive?" He replied in the affirmative. The Prophet said to him, "Then exert yourself in their service."

If the parents are old and in need of your constant service,  and there is no one to serve them except you,  then the service of the parents should take precedence over Jihad in the cause of Allah.    Allah knows the intentions of each and every individual,  and if one’s intention is to strive in the Cause of Allah,  but is held back because of any valid reason,  then it is expected that Allah will reward him generously for his intention,  Insha Allah.

If one is not able to participate in the actual physical ‘Jihad’ in the Cause of Allah,  then one should strive in the Cause of Allah in other ways.    He can help the ones who fight in the Cause of Allah by making their cause known to the world by speech and by script;  he can help them financially;  and the most important of all…. He should constantly make ‘dua’ and supplication to Allah Subhanah to grant them victory over the disbelievers.

Your Statement: all the americans wants to distroy islam?

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 33: He is Allah,  Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the Right Way so that He may make it prevail over all the other ‘deens’,  even though the pagans be much opposed to it.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 58 Surah Mujadalah verse 22: They (the believers) are of the party of Allah.   Truly it is the Party of Allah which will achieve True Success.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 8 Surah Anfal verse 30: They plot and they plan,  and Allah plots and plans!   And Allah is indeed the Best of Planners!

The disbelievers,  in all ages and times,  have tried to eradicate Islam!   Even if the whole world gets together,  with all their forces,  and wealth,  and ammunitions;  they will never ever be able to destroy Islam!   That is the promise of Allah,  and Allah never goes against His Promises!    Allah sent Prophet Mohamed (saws) with the guidance and the Truth so that He may make Islam prevail over all the other ‘deens’ of the world;  even though the disbelievers may hate it.   Whatever the disbelievers do,  we as muslims must remember,  that All Power and All Strength is in the Control of Allah Subhanah Alone;  and He is well aware of everything,  for He indeed,  is the All Knowing,  All Wise.

The World Super-Powers think that by waging war on one individual or one of the poorest nation in the world,  they will be able to eradicate Islam!   But little do they realize,  that Islam is embedded in the hearts of a billion+ believers,  and that can never ever be eradicated.    The Ummah of Muslims has been through graver and more tribulations than these;  but with the help and support of Allah,  the believers faith has become stronger and stronger.   

Therefore we should not fear the Americans and their superior army,  but we,  as believers,  should fear Allah,  the Lord of the Worlds.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale Imran verse 175:It is Shaitaan who is frightening the people with the fear of his patrons.  Therefore, in future,  do not fear them,  but fear Me (Allah),  if you are indeed true Believers!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 41 Surah Fussilat (Ha Mim Sajdah) verses 30-32: Those who said, ‘Allah is our Lord’,  and then stood steadfast,  angels descend on them and say, ‘Fear not nor grieve, and rejoice in the good news of Paradise that has been promised to you:  we are your companions in the life of this world,  and also in the Hereafter.   There you will have whatever you desire,  and whatever you ask for will be yours!   An entertainment from the One,  Who is All Forgiving,  All Merciful.’

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
