Wear gold on feet.
Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
(May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our brothers/sisters has asked
this question:
Salaams Brother,
I have two questions
Can we wear gold in our feet (ankle)?
Do we have to do Wadhu with every prayer? (If we feel we
are still fit to perform the next prayer)
(There may be some grammatical and spelling
errors in the above statement. The forum does not change anything from
questions, comments and statements received from our readers for circulation in
confidentiality.)
Answer:
Wear gold on feet
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your Question: Can we wear gold in our feet (ankle)?
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith
808 Narrated by Abu Musa Ash'ari
The Prophet (saws)
said: ‘Wearing silk and gold has been made unlawful for the males of my Ummah
and lawful for their females.’
Allah Subhanah and His Messenger (saws) have permitted and
declared it lawful for the believing woman to adorn herself with gold
ornaments; and there is absolutely no harm if she wears it on her hands, her feet, or even on her head, if she wishes
to do so!
Your Question: Do we have to do Wadhu with every prayer? (If
we feel we are still fit to perform the next prayer)
The acts or things which generally break or invalidate
one’s state of ‘wudu’ or ablution are:
- Any
release from one’s private parts (urine, sexual emission, wet dream
release, menses blood for women, stool, wind, etc.)
- Deep
sleep
- sexual
intercourse
There is no time period for the validity of one’s state of
‘wudu’ in Shariah; provided one did not do any of the above listed three things
which invalidate or break one’s ‘wudu’, one would be considered to be in the state
of ‘wudu’ and eligible to make themselves available for prayer.
Say one performs the ‘wudu’ for ‘fajr’ or morning prayers,
and does not do anything which would break or invalidate their state of
‘wudu’….they are at liberty to offer their ‘dhuhr’, ‘asr’, ‘magrib’ and ‘isha’
prayers in that same state of ‘wudu, if indeed they wish to do so.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
