i have an question regaring wife some of women have married and had affair with another man so what is punishment for him and what shall husband do if wife does not understand and repeat same ..

wife tell to husband that she wants talaq ( divorse ) so husband want to give her

if wife run from husband house without anyone permission and not come till 4 month so what shall husband do and what punishment shall allah (saw ) will give to her

What to do with wife continues committing zina?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His  forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

If a married man or woman has a physical affair out of marriage, he/she will be guilty of one of the most heinous and grave sins in Islam; ‘zina’ or adultery, the punishment for which is prescribed as stoning to death in public, if convicted in a Court of Islamic Law.

Your question: some of women have married and had affair with another man so what is punishment for him.

The ‘other’ man and the woman, if convicted of ‘zina’ in an Islamic Court, will both be prescribed the punishment for ‘zina’, which is being stoned to death in public. That is the prescribed punishment in Shariah for the transitory life of this world; and if the guilty ones do not repent and seek forgiveness from Allah Subhanah, the punishment of the Hereafter is much more severe.

Your question: what shall husband do if wife does not understand and repeat same ..

If the husband knows that his wife is having an affair with another man, he must divorce her immediately. If a man knows that his wife is having an affair with another man, and does not take any action, he will be deemed a sinner in the Court of Allah Subhanah.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3655 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "There are three people to whom Allah has forbidden Paradise: one who is addicted to wine, an undutiful son, and a husband who agrees to his wife's adultery."

If the husband is convinced that his wife is of loose character and left the house for a period for that reason, he should divorce her.

If the woman after her evil conduct seeks sincere repentance for her deeds and amends her conduct, she will find Allah Subhanah Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. But if she dies without seeking forgiveness for her evil deed, she will have a severe accounting in the Just Court of Allah Subhanah.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 25 Surah Furqaan verses 68-69:

68 Those who invoke not with Allah any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit ‘zina’; and any that does this (not only) meets punishment,

69   (But) the Penalty on the Day of Judgment will be doubled to him, and he will dwell therein in ignominy.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
