2. is it
allowed in islam, a female teacher working in a school, sometimes
she has to meet
the (male)parents and talk about their child progress etc.
(parent-teacher
meeting)or a nurse she is most of the time with the male
patients/doctors

Answer:

teacher?
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and
ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and
whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is no one (no idol, no
person, no grave, no prophet, no imam,
no dai, nobody!) worthy of
worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His
slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your question:
can we buy the hotel to invest our money? is it permitted in islam?
There is absolutely no harm if one invests his money in the hotel
business, provided that the hotel does
not indulge in anything that has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger
(saws). If the hotel deals in
alcohol, or serves swine, or indulges in indecency, etc. then that would not be considered a legal
way to invest one’s wealth in Shariah.
Your question: is it
allowed in islam, a female teacher working in a school, sometimes she has to
meet the (male)parents and talk about their child progress
etc. (parent-teacher meeting)or a nurse she is most of the time with
the male patients/doctors etc.
If a female teacher sometimes
has to meet with the male parents of her students and talk about their child’s
progress, there is absolutely no harm
provided they do meet in public and do not engage themselves in loose or vain
talk. Islam does not prohibit a
believing woman from talking to a non-mehram man when necessary, provided the talk is focused on the business
at hand, and not vain, indecent, and casual.
It would be best and purer in
Islam for a male nurse to attend to male patients, and a female nurse to attend female patients. But in cases of emergency, or when the same gender nurse is not
available, there is no harm being
treated by a nurse of the opposite sex.
But if one goes in search of
nurses and doctors of the opposite sex to treat and attend to him, then that would be inappropriate. What one should not do is intentionally go
in search of getting treated by a doctor or nurse of the opposite sex; or the doctor or nurse to intentionally
search to examine a patient of the opposite sex! All deeds will be judged according to one’s intentions; for Allah indeed knows the inner-most
intentions of all His slaves.
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.
Your Brother in
Islam,
Burhan
