Answer:
Ghusl sleep and feed
wudu
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your Question: …..i
had doubt after bed relation its good to clean private parts and sleep as per
my partice
Sahih Muslim Hadith 603 Narrated by Aisha
Abdullah ibn AbdulQays said, "I asked
Aisha about the Witr (prayer) of the Messenger of Allah (saws) and made mention
of a hadith, then I said: ‘What did he (saws) do after having sexual
intercourse? Did he take a bath before going to sleep or did he sleep before
taking a bath?’ She said: ‘He (saws) did
all these. Sometimes he (saws) took a bath and then slept, and sometimes he
(saws) performed ablution only and went to sleep.’ I (the narrator) said: ‘Praise be to Allah
Who has made things easy (for the believers in the deen).’
Although it is recommended that one purify oneself
immediately after sexual intercourse, there is evidence and allowance in the
Sunnah if one wishes to sleep, eat, or drink, or do other chores before
purifying oneself, one must at least do the ‘wudu’ or ablution….and purify
themselves with a ‘ghusl’ from their state of major impurity when they need to
offer their prayers or recite the Quran.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah
Maidah verse 6:
6 O ye who believe! When ye prepare for prayer wash your
faces, and your hands, (and arms) to the elbows, rub your heads (with water),
and (wash) your feet to the ankles. If
ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity bathe your whole body.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3751 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas
The Messenger of Allah (saws) came out from
the privy and water was presented to him. They (the people) asked: ‘Should we
bring you water for ablution?’ He (saws)
replied: ‘I have been commanded to perform ablution when I get up for
prayer.’
Sahih Muslim Hadith 725 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas
The Messenger of Allah (saws) came out of the
privy, and he was presented with some food, and the people reminded him about
ablution, but he (saws) said: ‘Am I to say prayer that I should perform
ablution?’
Shariah Law dictates that to be in the state of ‘wudu’ is a
pre-condition and absolutely obligatory for only two acts:
- Prayer.
- Tawaaf
of the Sacred House in Makkah.
To the best of our knowledge there is absolutely nothing
in the Quran or the Sunnah which requires or makes it obligatory or even
recommends that a mother be in the state of ‘wudu’ before she feeds her infant
child or children! Being in the state of
‘wudu’ has absolutely no relation whatsoever with a mother feeding her
children.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only

alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
