In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 64 Surah Tagabhun verse 16:

16 So fear Allah as much as ye can…

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 23 Surah Muminoon verse 62:

62 On no soul do We place a burden greater than it can bear: before Us is a record which clearly shows the Truth: they will never be wronged.

Dear and beloved Sister in Islam, if you have sincerely striven the necessary striving to safeguard your modesty and your ‘satr’ from non-mehram men….and were unable to find a lady doctor to treat you and had absolutely no other choice but get treated by a male doctor, know with absolute conviction that your Lord is Most Gracious Most Merciful, and He does not place a burden on any soul more than it can bear. If you sincerely fear Allah, have tried to the best of your ability and power and taken the necessary precautions to make sure that none of the Commands of your Lord are violated…..but find yourself in a situation or condition where there is absolutely no option and you are forced to reluctantly transgress a boundary of your Lord….in such a situation you will be blameless and it is expected that you will find your Lord Forgiving and Merciful.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
