Answer:
Long ruku
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your Question: when
the imam calls for ruku i say subhana..............3 times after i finished
saying what should i do as the imam is still in ruku so let me know what duaa i
must recite at the time of ruku after finishing subhana rabbi..................
Sahih Muslim Hadith 1697 Narrated
by Hudhayfah (part)
I prayed (supererogatory) with the Messenger
of Allah (saws) one night and he (saws) started reciting al-Baqarah. I thought
that he would bow at the end of one hundred verses, but he continued….and (after
the qiyam and recitation of quran) he (saws) would then bow (in ruku) and
say: ‘Glory be to my Mighty Lord’ (Subhanah Rabbi-al-Adheem). His (saws)
bowing lasted about the same length of time as his standing (and then on
returning to the standing posture after ruku) he (saws) would say: ‘Allah
listens to him who praises Him (Sameh Allaho leman hameda), and he (saws) would
then stand about the same length of time as he (saws) had spent in bowing. He (saws) would then prostrate himself
and say: ‘Glory be to my Lord Most High (Subhanah Rabbi-al-Aala), and
his prostration lasted nearly the same length of time as his standing.’
The scholars and the jurists in Islam are almost unanimous
in their opinion that the Messenger of Allah (saws) would Extol and Glorify the
Lord in His Ruku by saying ‘Subhanah Rabbi-al-Adheem’, and ‘Subhanah
Rabbi-al-Aala’ in his Sujood. The
Prophet (saws) guided the believers to only Extol and Glorify the Lord while in
the state of ruku and not make any supplications; but while the in the state of
prostration, one should Extol and Glorify the Lord and make any number of
supplications one wills or wishes to make.
Sahih Muslim Hadith 970 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas (part)
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: ‘I have
been forbidden to recite the Qur'an in the state of bowing (ruku) and
prostration (sajdah) in prayer. So far as the Ruku (bowing in prayer) is
concerned, Extol in it the Great and Glorious Lord, and while
prostrating (sajdah in prayer) yourselves be earnest in supplication, for it is
fitting that your supplications should be answered.’
The Messenger of Allah (saws) forbade the believers to
recite the Quran or make supplications while in the state of ruku, but guided
the believers to only Extol and Praise the Lord Most High in their state of
‘ruku’; and there is absolutely no harm if one were to say the terms of Extol
and Praise any number of odd times (3,5,7,9, 11……99, etc.) in their ‘ruku’.
Your Question: and
when he say samiyallah.......................i say rabbbanah lakal hamd after
that still the imam is in the same position , so please tell me what to read
and also i experienced during sajdah.
In the standing position between the ‘ruku’ and the
‘sujood’, one may again Extol and Praise the Lord as often as one wills. After the declaration of ‘Rabbana lakal hamd
lakas-shukhr’ (O our Lord, to You Alone belongs all Praise and all Thanks), one
may say any of the phrases of Extol and Praise like ‘Subhan-Allah’ (Glory be to
Allah), ‘Allah-o-Akbar’ (Allah is the Greatest), ‘Alhamdolillaah’ (All Praise
be to Allah), ‘Laa ilaaha illalaah’ (There is no god but Allah), etc.
Your Question: for
fard namaz also the last 2 rakah i say surah fateha and just standing till he
calls for ruku
In the last two rakahs of the obligatory ‘dhuhr’, ‘asr’,
and ‘isha’ prayers, and in the last rakah of ‘magrib’ prayers, one should only
recite the Surah Al-Fatihah and remain silent until the ‘imam’ declares the
takbeer for ‘ruku’.
Your Question: my
another question is during qayamul lail (tahajjud) imam recites quran for a
long time, i cant concentrate, what should i do? if i know surah can i recite
with him that way i can concentrate.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah
Aaraaf verse 204:
204 When the Qur'an is (being) read, listen to it with attention and
hold your peace: that ye may receive Mercy.
Dear and beloved Sister in Islam, it is a direct Command
from Allah Subhanah that when His Glorious Words are being recited, one who
sincerely believes in Allah and the Last Day must listen to them with full
attention and hold their peace; thus it would not be appropriate or permissible
for one to recite the Quran along with the ‘imam’ while the ‘imam’ is reciting
it in the prayers….but one should strive to concentrate on its meanings in
one’s heart.
Dhakwan, the protege of Aishah, would lead
her in (voluntary) prayer during Ramadan while reciting from a copy of the
Qur'an.
Related by Malik.
Alternatively, if one wills, in one’s ‘nafl’ or
supererogatory prayers like the ‘qiyam-ul-layl’, it is absolutely permissible
in Shariah if one wishes to hold a copy of the Quran and follow the ‘imam’s’
recitation while standing in prayer.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
