Kill non-believers
Mu' meneen Brothers
and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace,
Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our
brothers/sisters has asked this question:
I know a person,
whether he be male or female, that does not believe
that Allah commands all. Shall I smite him/her? Or shall I simply burn his/her
house in the name of the All-Mighty Lord and go to jail knowing I shall be
rewarded enternally with 17 virgins? Please consult your version of the Holy
Quran for these answers. I will await your reply on my prayer-mat while
fasting. Regards, Vallah Alakran.

Answer:
Kill Non believers
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness.
Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray,
none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,
no grave, no prophet, no
imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone,
and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of
His Messengers.
Your Statement: I know a person, whether he be male or female, that does not believe that Allah commands
all. Shall I smite him/her? Or shall I simply burn his/her house in the name of
the All-Mighty Lord and go to jail knowing I shall be rewarded enternally with
17 virgins?
If you know a person that does
not believe in Allah and His Commands, you may smite him, or even burn his house in whosoever’s name
you may wish to take; but then you
should prepare yourself to give a very severe accounting for your (mis)deeds in
the Just Court of Allah Subhanah for going against His guidance and
teachings!
You may even go to jail for your
(mis)deeds, and spend your time in jail
believing that you will be rewarded eternally with 17 virgins if you so
wish; but we assure you from the
Glorious Quran that these (mis)deeds will not bring you the rewards that you
have wished for! But rather, the severe
punishment of Allah Subhanah would be more appropriate for the person who does
such deeds!
Allah Subhanah has given each
person intelligence and the power of reasoning, and given him a free choice for a
limited time to choose the Path he wishes to follow. If one chooses to follow the Path approved
by Allah Subhanah, he
will deserve His Mercy and Grace; and if
one chooses, of his own free will, to follow any other path other than the
approved Path of Allah Subhanah, he will
have to face the consequences of Allah Subhanah’s Wrath and Anger.
No one will be forced to believe, or coerced to
follow the approved Path of Allah Subhanah!
Each person has a right to choose whatever path he wishes to follow.

Beloved brother, I ‘consulted’ the
Holy Quran and this is what I found in it:
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 256-257:
256 Let there be no compulsion in religion. Truth stands out clear from error; whoever
rejects evil, and
believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold that never
breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth
all things.
257 Allah is the Protector of those who have
faith: from the depths of darkness He
will lead them forth into light. Of
those who reject faith,
their patrons are the Evil
Ones (Shaitaans): from light, they will
lead them forth into the depths of darkness.
They will be companions of the Fire to dwell therein (for ever).
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 10 Surah Yunus verses 40-44:Some of
these people will believe in (The Quran),
and others will not. Your Lord
knows these mischief-makers very well indeed.
If these people deny you, say to them: “I am responsible for my
deeds and you are for yours. You are
not accountable for what I do, nor am I for what you do.” There are many among them who hear what you
say, but will
you make the deaf to listen to you, even
though they be incapable of understanding this? Then there are many others among them who
see you. But will you show the way to
the blind, even
though they be bereft of sight? The fact
is that Allah does not in any way wrong the people, but they wronged themselves!
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 18 Surah Kahf verse 29:Proclaim, “This
(Quran) is the Truth from your Lord: now
whosoever wills may accept it, and
whosoever wills may reject it.” (As for those who reject it) We have prepared
for such workers of iniquity a fire whose flames have encircled them. There, if they ask for water , they will be given a drink like the dregs of
oil, which will burn their mouths! What an evil drink, and what an evil abode!
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 41 Surah Ha Meem As Sajdah verses 4-5:Yet
most of these people have turned away from it (The Quran), and they pay no heed. They say, “Our hearts are covered with veils
from that to which you are calling us; our ears have become deaf; and between us and you there is a
curtain, so do as you please, and we shall do as we will!”
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 16 Surah Nahl verse 82:But if they turn
away, your only responsibility is to
convey the plain Message of Truth! They
recognize the blessing of Allah, yet they deny it, for the majority of them are not inclined to
accept the Truth!
Regarding the treatment of those
who do not believe in Allah Subhanah and His Commands, this is the guidance of the Merciful
in His Glorious Quran:
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 60 Surah Mumtahina verse 8:Allah forbids you not with regard to those
(disbelievers) who fight you not for your Faith, nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with
them: for Allah loveth those
who are just.
And regarding the smiting of the
faces, this is
what Allah Subhanah says in His Glorious Message of Guidance:
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 8 Surah Anfaal verses 49-51:
49 Lo! The
hypocrites, and
those in whose hearts is a disease, say:
"these people--their religion has misled them." But if any trust in Allah: Behold! Allah is Exalted in Might, Wise.
50 If thou couldst see when the Angels take the souls
of the unbelievers (at death); (how)
they smite their faces and their backs (saying): "Taste the
penalty of the blazing Fire.
51 "Because of (the deeds) which your (own)
hands sent forth: for Allah is never
unjust to His servants.”
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.
