Asalam-u-alikum!
1.Please tell me that Bismillaha is necessary to recite
at Namaz each and every time we receipt Sura-e- fatiha and before receipting
other Sura?
2.What is the reason behind to recite Bismillah at the
starting of every Sura (except Sura-e-Tuba). Is it told by our prophet PBUH to
write Bismillah at the starting of every sura? Or by Khalfa-e-Rashideen
to do so? And who put Raqoo and Ayat in the Holy Quran?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no

nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that

Q-1: Please tell me that Bismillaha is necessary to recite
at Namaz each and every time we receipt Sura-e- fatiha and before receipting
other Sura?
The phrase ‘Bismillaah ir-Rahmaan ar-Raheem’ at the
beginning of each Surah in the Glorious Quran is considered an inherent part of
the Surah; thus it is absolutely incumbent to recite the phrase everytime one
starts the recitation from the beginning of the Surah.
It is ‘wajib’ to recite the phrase ‘Bismillah…..’
everytime one recites the Surah Fatihah in prayer or otherwise. If after the recitation of Surah Fatihah in
prayer, one wishes to recite another Surah from its very beginning then one
must recite ‘Bismillaah……’ again; but if one wishes to recite a few verses from
the middle of the Surah, there is no need to recite ‘Bismillaaah…..’.
Q-2: What is the reason behind to recite Bismillah at the
starting of every Sura (except Sura-e-Tuba).
Is it told by our prophet PBUH to write Bismillah at the starting of
every sura? Or by Khalfa-e-Rashideen to do so? And who put Raqoo and

Q-2A: And who put Raqoo and Ayat in the Holy Quran?
The dividing of the Quran into 30 somewhat equal chapters
and the initiation of ‘Rukus’ in each chapter was done by the believers after
the death of the Messenger of Allah (saws) to make it easy and convenient for
those who wished to memorize the Quran.
The ‘Aayahs’ or verses of the Quran were revealed by the
Lord Most High Himself, but the Aayah or verse numbers were initiated by the
believers after the death of the Messenger of Allah (saws) so that each
numbered Aayah could be used for reference and location in the specified Surah.
Q-3: Now a day almost every company in the world is

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3325 Narrated by
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘A time is certainly
coming to mankind when only the receiver of usury will remain, and if he does
not receive it, some of its vapour will reach him!’
Beloved brother, it is indeed unfortunately true that
today the concept of ‘riba’ is so entrenched in our societies, that regardless
of however hard one tries to stay away from the concept of ‘riba’, somehow or
the other some its vapor will indeed reach him.
The scholars and jurists in Islam are of the opinion that
the one who permits, initiates, operates, takes, pays, and records the ‘riba’
transactions will bear the burden of the sin in the Court of Allah. If one happens to be employed in an
organization like trading, or manufacturing, or construction, etc.; provided
the business in its essence is lawful, the earnings of the employee in such an
organization will be considered lawful, and because the employee himself was
neither responsible for the initiation, operation, taking, paying, or recording
of ‘riba’, he will be blameless of the crime of ‘riba’ conducted by his
employers.
Q-4: What is the reason behind not to write Hadeese at the
time of
Because the Glorious Quran was being revealed and immediately
documented at the time of the Prophet Mohamed (saws), to maintain the sanctity
of the Quran being accurately documented, he (saws) discouraged and forbade the
believers from recording any of his traditions in his lifetime until the Quran
was completely revealed, lest any of his traditions be inadvertently recorded
or included amongst the Divine Verses of the Glorious Quran.
Thus the scribes at the time of the Messenger of Allah
(saws) only documented the Glorious Quran as soon as it was revealed, and it
was only after the Prophet’s (saws) death that the recorders of hadith began
recording the traditions of the Messenger of Allah (saws).
Q-5: Can you please refer me some web sites or books where
I can found the comparisons between Islam and other religion (like Christianity

In our humble opinion amongst the best sites which has
comprehensive data and reference in comparative religions like Islam,
Christianity and Hinduism is the IRF (Islamic Research Foundation at
www.irf.net) site of our beloved and respected brother, teacher, scholar, and
soldier of Islam,

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah
Israa verse 21:
21 See how We have bestowed (in the life of this world) more on some
than on others; but verily the Hereafter is more in rank and gradation and more
in excellence.
Beloved brother, just as the Lord has ranked and bestowed
more on some human beings above others as a test in the life of this short and
transitory world, Allah Subhanah guides that the ranks and gradations in His
Presence in the Hereafter are much more and greater than the ranks and
gradations of this world, the highest rank and absolute best grade being that
of Jannat-al-Firdaus.

Allah says in the Quran: Chapter 4 Surah An-Nisa
Verse 48
Shirk (associating other deities with Allah) is the only sin that Allah
does not forgive, and He forgives, whomsoever He pleases, sins
other than this, for whosoever associates any other partner with Allah,
does indeed forge a big lie and commits the most heinous sin.
The one sin that the Lord Most High has singled out as
absolutely and completely unforgivable in His Majestic Presence on the Day of
Judgment is the abomination and heinous crime of ‘shirk’ or associating other
deities with Allah Subhanah!
The Lord Most Merciful is indeed The Rahmaan and The
Raheem towards His slaves; and if one has left this world with heaps of
mountains of sins but did not commit the most heinous and absolutely
unforgivable crime of ‘shirk’, the Lord Most Merciful, if He so Wills and
Pleases, may forgive him all those sins.
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said that Allah
Subhanah, High and Exalted is He Says: ‘O son of
But he who dies while in the state of ‘shirk’, regardless
of whatever good he might have done…..all his good deeds will have absolutely
no weight in the Scales of Justice of Allah Subhanah….for the evil abomination
of ‘shirk’ will negate each and every good deed he may have done and Hell Fire
would be his guaranteed and everlasting abode; for Allah Subhanah has made it incumbent
upon Himself not to forgive those who die in the state of the abomination of
‘shirk’.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah
Maidah verse 72:
Whoever commits ‘shirk’ (invoking
anything with Allah), Allah shall forbid
for him
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah
Zumar verse 65-66:
If you commit ‘shirk’ all your works will
be rendered vain and you will be among the losers.
Therefore, you should worship Allah Alone, and be among His grateful
servants.
Q-6B: Is
the person who afraid the God almighly and obey as it has been told will got
the same place as a person who is Muslim but not obeying as it has been told.
As long as the person dies believing in ‘Tawheed’ or the
Absolute Oneness of Allah Subhanah, regardless of whatever sins other than
‘shirk’ he might have accumulated in his life, there is room in the vastness
and magnanimous Mercy of the Lord Most Merciful for his forgiveness; for if the
Lord so Wills and Pleases, He may turn to His slave in Mercy and Grace and
forgive him all his sins.
It is only obvious that the one who fears Allah as He
deserves to be feared and sincerely obey the Commands of Allah will be much
higher in rank and grade in the Hereafter than one who dies on ‘Tawheed’ but
was neglectful of his prescribed duties (provided the Lord Wills and Pleases to
forgive him his faults).
But for those who die in the state of ‘shirk’ or
associating other deities with Allah Subhanah, The Lord Most High has forbidden
