Answer:

Pagan baby in Hell or paradise

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: alstu b rabbikum, kalubala, yaha pay her nafs nay allah kow mannay ka izhar kya tha, tow allah nay kaha yahi tum dunya may jaker kahow.... (mafhoom)

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraf verse 172:

When thy Lord drew forth from the children of Adam from their loins their descendants and made them testify concerning themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord (Who Creates, Cherishes and Sustains you)?" They said: "Yea! we do testify!" (This) lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment: "of this we were never mindful."

We learn from several traditions that this episode happened on the occasion of the creation of Adam.  At that time the Angels were gathered together and commanded to bow down before him, and man’s appointment as Allah’s vicegerent was proclaimed.  Likewise the whole of mankind that was to be born up to the Day of Resurrection was brought into existence at one and the same time, and imbued with common-sense and brought forth in Allah’s Presence and asked to testify that Allah is indeed their Lord.

Narrated Hadrat Ubayy-ibn-Ka’ab from the Holy Prophet (saws) that Allah gathered the whole of mankind and arranged it into separate groups according to their kinds or periods, and gave them human shape and power of speech.  Then He took a Covenant from them and made them witnesses concerning themselves and asked, “Am I not your Lord?!”  They all answered, ‘Most certainly, You Alone are our Lord.”  Then Allah said, “I ask the earth and the heavens and your father Adam to bear witness to this effect lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection that you had no knowledge of this.  So note it well that none other than I is worthy of worship and there is no other Lord than I.  You should not set up any partner with Me.  I will send to you My Messengers, who will remind you of this Covenant that you are making with Me; I will also send My Book to you.”  At this the whole of mankind replied, “We bear witness to this: You Alone are our Lord and our Deity, we have no other lord or deity than You.”

In the quoted Aayah, it has been made plain that after this Covenant, mankind could not justify any sin on the ground that they had committed it in ignorance nor could they shift the responsibility for deviation on to their predecessors.  Allah Subhanah warns that by taking this Covenant He has imbued and imbedded in the subconscious heart of every individual that He Alone is the One and Only Lord worthy of worship.  Therefore none can absolve himself from that responsibility for a deviation saying, ‘I was quite unaware of this’, or ‘I was led astray by my wrong environment’.

Invariably to the human mind, a few questions would arise regarding the Covenant!

  1. Do we have any remembrance of this Covenant?
  2. Is anyone of us conscious that he was brought before his Lord on the occasion of the Creation, and that the said dialogue did take place?
  3. If the answer is negative, then how can it be justified to bring such a Covenant as evidence against us on the Day of Resurrection, when we do not remember it nor are we conscious of it?

The answer is that this will be brought against us as an evidence because, though its remembrance and consciousness has been removed from the memory and the conscious mind, it has been retained by Allah Subhanah in the sub-conscious mind of each and every individual.  As to why it has been removed from the memory and conscious mind, the answer is obvious: If the impression of the Covenant had remained fresh in the memory and the conscious mind, then everyone would have automatically observed it, and the trial and test that Allah Subhanah had set for mankind would have become meaningless!  Thus the very object for which man has been created would have been rendered meaningless!

Thus, it has been retained in the sub-conscious mind as a potentiality, and can be brought into consciousness by intuition and internal factors as is the case of all other branches of sub-conscious knowledge.  That this knowledge does really exist is proved by the fact that it has been appearing every now and then in every period of human life in every part of the earth, every habitation, in every posterity and in every generation, and that no earthly power has been successful in effacing it.

There has always been need of some external appeal to cause them to appear and take practical shapes.  Accordingly the Prophets, the Divine Books, and the inviters to the Truth from amongst the followers of the Prophets have been performing this service of calling mankind to the remembrance of their Covenant.  That is why the Glorious Quran calls each of them ‘remembrances’!  For the Prophets, the Divine Books, and the Inviters to the Truth do not create anything new in the minds of the people, but rather refresh their memory, and bring to the surface by reminders what was already latent to them.

Another proof of the existence of this hidden knowledge in the sub-conscious mind is that in every age, it has made a positive response to the call of the inviter, and has come out as soon as it recognized his voice.

Another proof of the existence of this hidden knowledge in the sub-conscious mind is that it has survived in the human heart in spite of the strenuous and continuous efforts to suppress, conceal and pervert it.  Though the powers of ignorance and folly, lusts and prejudices, misguidance and temptations have succeeded in producing ‘shirk’, atheism, irreligiousness, deviation, etc., they have failed to efface the impress of this inherent sub-conscious knowledge from the human heart.  That is precisely why it comes to the surface whenever efforts are made to revive it.

As regards the evidence of this inherent knowledge on the Day of Judgment, Allah Subhanah will refresh and revive the memory of this Covenant, whereby we all acknowledged that Allah Subhanah Alone is our Lord and Deity.  Then He will show that this knowledge remained embedded in our subconscious mind, in spite of its persistent denial in this world, and will provide from their own selves the proof of the fact that the impress of this Covenant was always present in their minds and hearts. He will show them from the records of their own lives how and when they suppressed the voice of this inherent knowledge; how and when their intuitional knowledge rebelled against their deviations; and how often it urged them to respond to the invitation of the inviters to the Truth, and how they silenced their inner voice by means of different pretexts!

At that time, when all the secrets will be exposed, none will be able to put forward any excuses.  That is why the Quran says that they shall not say, ‘We had no knowledge of this Covenant’, but each and every disbeliever will have no choice but to confess, ‘We were disbelievers and knowingly denied the Truth’.  The disbelievers will stand witness against themselves to the effect that they knowingly denied the Truth!

Although today one might not be able to completely comprehend the phenomena of the Covenant made to their Lord before this life; on the Day of Judgment when all conscious and sub-conscious knowledge will be laid bare in the Majestic Presence of the All-Mighty, each and every one will remember this Covenant as clearly as he remembers his own name!

Q-2: allah tala farmata hai kay mai jab b kisi kow paida kartahoon tow musalman banakay baijta hoon, agay chal ker us kay apnay ma baap usay apnay deen per dahtay/utarday hai, koe yahudi hai tow wo yahudi banata hai, kow nasrani hai tow wo nasrani banata hai, koe kafair hai tow wo kafair banata hai.... (mafhoom)

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 2.441         Narrated by Abu Huraira

The Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) but his parents convert him to Judaism, Christianity or Paganism.”   Then Abu Huraira recited the verse from the Holy Quran: "The pure Allah's Islamic nature (true faith of Islam; i.e. worshipping none but Allah) with which He has created human beings.  No change let there be in the religion of Allah (i.e. joining none in worship with Allah). That is the straight religion (Islam) but most of men know, not." (30.30)

In light of the above Aayah of the Holy Quran and the authentic tradition of the Messenger of Allah (saws),  every child that is born is born on ‘fitrah’ or Islamic nature;  it is his parents and surroundings which convert him to another religion.

If a child born at birth on the natural ‘fitrah’ is left alone, as he grows up to understand the nature of things, he will obviously witness and ponder over the innumerable Signs of his Lord Creator in this fantastic creation, and he will invariably come to the conclusion that there cannot be multiple creators of this universe; but rather each and every Sign of creation testifies that there is none but One Creator!

But because man is a social creature and he grows up in a particular surrounding, it is his parents and his surroundings which install a set of beliefs into him when he has not yet reached the age of understanding or making decision on his own.  But as soon as the child reaches the age of understanding, he starts to comprehend the true nature of things and without exception, starts to question the beliefs that he saw his parents following or what goes on around him.

If the answers to his questions satisfy the true nature or ‘fitrah’ he was born on (Al-Islam), he will be content with his deen or ‘way of life’; and if the answers he seeks does not satisfy his ‘fitrah’ or nature, his heart will never ever stand satisfied and will go on raising objections till he tries to either satisfy it, or suppress it.

Q-3: hashar kay maidan may jab allah tala sub kow jama karenga tow kafairow kow jahannum may baijenga aur allah kow mannay walow kow jannat may, mager waha wo chotay bachay b hongay - jow dunya may apni paidash kay kuch din bad marjatay hai ya phir balaig hownay say pahlay hi marjatay hai, kya yeh log jannat may jaengay ya jahannum may, ager jahannum may jarai tow wo kyow, kyow kay allah tow un kow musalman paida kya aur ma bap kow moukha hi nahi milsaka kay un bachow kow yahudi ya kafair banasakay tow phir kyow jahannum may baijra.

In light of the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah, a son of Adam is held responsible for his deeds and his ‘test of life’ starts only after one has reached the age of understanding.  Thus if one dies in his infancy or before reaching the age of understanding, he will not be responsible or accountable for any of his deeds in the Just and Supreme Court of Allah Subhanah.

Khansa, daughter of Mu'awiyah ibn Sarim, states that he related her aunt's following account: "I asked, 'O Messenger of Allah (saws)! Who will be in Paradise?'  The Prophet (saws) said, 'Prophets will be in Paradise, martyrs will be in Paradise, and babies will be in Paradise'."

Related by Ahmad.

In light of the above quoted hadith, the Messenger of Allah (saws) declared that all babies (or children who died before reaching the age of understanding) will be in Paradise.

Q-4: mujay ek alim sahab nay kaha kay wo log jahannum may is liyeh jaengay kyow kay allah kafairow kow dunya may janay ka dubara moukha nahi denga, mager wo bachay allah say puchingay kay hum ager dunya may jayeh tow ap kay sath koe shirk nahi karengay, aur ap ka her hukum baja laengay, tow allah un say kahenga kay acha tum mera her hukum manogay, tow wo kahengay zaroor, tow allah un say kahenga kay jahannum may kudu tow wo bachay hukum nahi bajalengay, tow allah un say kahenga kay ager tum log jahannum kudnay jatay tow mai tum kow bachalayta, mager tum log mera hukum nahi pura kiyeh, ager tum dunya may rahtay ya jatay tow wahi kartay jow tumharay ma bap nay kya tha, ap tum log jahannum jawo, tow is tarha wo jahannum may jaengay

Whatever, and I reiterate whatever, will transpire in future in the Realms of the Day of Judgment, in the Majestic Court of the All-Mighty Lord, in Paradise and in Hell, etc. are all knowledge of the ‘unseen’; and that Knowledge of the Unseen is known to none except Allah Subhanah Alone.

Allah Subhanah has made known some of this ‘Knowledge of the Unseen’ in His Revealed Books and to His appointed Messengers.  Thus regards any information of what exactly will transpire on the Day of Judgment in the Presence of the Lord Most Majestic has to reach us either through Allah’s Revealed Message of the Al-Quran or through His Last and Final Messenger, Mohamed ar-Rasool Allah (saws).

Allah is our witness, the conversation quoted between Allah and the children of the disbelievers on the Day of Judgment by our brother ‘Alim Sahab’ is not mentioned anywhere in the Glorious Quran or the authentic Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws); thus an immediate question that should be posed to the ‘Alim Sahab’ is where did he get this information from???

And if the source of this ‘Alim Sahab’s’  information is not from the Quran and the Sunnah (and we assure you that nothing of this sort is mentioned in these two Divine Sources of Knowledge), then rest assured that it is his own imagination, whim, conjecture, and an absolute and manifest falsehood!

Besides, in light of the guidance of the Messenger of Allah (saws), he (saws) made it known that every child, regardless of the beliefs of his parents, is born on the natural ‘fitrah’ of Al-Islam, and every baby or child who dies before he reaches the age of understanding will be in Paradise.

Q-5: mai nay ek hadees pada tha, kafi arsa huwa maloom nahi sah sitta may say kis ki hai, khadija (ra) nay nabi kareem (pbuh) say pucha kay meray wo bachay jow pahlay shohar say thay jow kamsini may margayeh thay, kya wo jannat may hongay ya jannat melengai, tow nabi kareem (sas) nay kaha nahi wo jahannum may hongay.

To the best of our knowledge, there is no record of such a tradition in the established or authentic Books of Sunnah.

In light of the clear guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah it is the solemn belief of the believers that every child, regardless of his parents religion or beliefs, is born on the natural ‘fitrah’ of Al-Islam, and every baby or child, regardless of whether he was born to believing or disbelieving parents, that dies before he has reached the age of understanding will be in Paradise.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
