Dear brother Burhan, As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

Answer:

Removal of organ coitus interuptus

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: Is use of the birth control method of removal of the male sexual organ prior to ejaculation permissible please give evidence of the sunnah?

‘Coitus Interruptus’ or the removal of the male sexual organ prior to ejaculation is a permissible method in Shariah for those who wish to space their children for any valid reason.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.136 Narrated by Jabir

We used to practice coitus interruptus during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (saws) while the Qur'an was being Revealed.

Al-Muwatta Hadith 29.96

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'n-Nadr, the mawla of Umar ibn Ubaydullah from Amir ibn Sad ibn Abi Waqqas from his father that he used to practise coitus interruptus.

Al-Muwatta Hadith 29.95

Yahya related to me from Malik from Rabia ibn Abi Abd ar-Rahman from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban that Ibn Muhayriz said, "I went into the mosque and saw Abu Said al-Khudri and so I sat by him and asked him about coitus interruptus. Abu Said al-Khudri said, 'We went out with the Messenger of Allah (saws) on the expedition to the Banu al-Mustaliq.’ We said, 'Shall we practise coitus interruptus while the Messenger of Allah (saws) is among us before we ask him?' We asked him (saws) about that and he said, 'You don't have to not do it. There is no self which is to come into existence up to the Day of Rising but that it will come into existence.' "

Q-2: If this is coupled with use of copper T also is it permissible?

We apologize that we are not familiar with the term ‘copper-T’ and thus cannot give our opinion on this method. If you could kindly explain what exactly is ‘copper-T’, we would try to derive an opinion in light of the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
