Property Distribution

AOAkindly let me know about property distribution after my father death a house we sold amount 50 Lac 1. My Mother 2. My Self 3. Two sisters we all 4 persons left how we disstributed the amount i want to gave all of them Thanks Best Regards Allah pak Ap k hami o nasir ho Aameen

Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
If you need to distribute the proceeds of a house sold at Rs. 50 lakhs from your deceased father's wealth, then if the survivors are your mother, 2 sisters and yourself then according to Sharia and Islam it should be distributed as follows:-
Rs. 6,25,000/- to your mother
Rs. 10,93,750/- to one sister
Rs. 10,93,750/- to the other sister
Rs. 21,87,500/- to yourself
The above distribution is if your father is not survived by his parents.
