Answer:

Can one pray in different language?

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Jazak Allah Kheir and may Allah Subhanah reward you with the best for taking the time and effort to learn about Islam. If our humble efforts have helped even one brother or sister to become a better believer and come closer to Allah Subhanah, then we will consider ourselves blessed and fortunate to have done this humble effort in the propagation of the Deen of Truth.

Your comment: if my wife touch me is my wudu is gone?

There are several narrations from the life of the Prophet (saws) whereby he touched or kissed his wives and then went directly to the mosque to pray. Thus, the touching of your wife does not invalidate your wudu.

Your comment: my wife become recently muslim, she is prying but in her language it is exceptible?

Brother, the prayer of Islam is extremely simple to learn, and it should not take more than a day to learn the exact words of how to pray. The formal prayers must always be done in the Arabic language.

But, if your wife is an absolutely new-revert to Islam, then the first thing she should do is learn the words and way to pray in the Arabic language. During this time, some scholars have termed it permissible that she can pray in either her own language or glorify Allah with the phrases ‘Subhan-Allah’, ‘Allah-o-Akbar’, and ‘Alhamdolillah’ in the prayer. But she should learn the prayer as soon as possible and pray in the way enjoined upon the believers by Allah and His Messenger (saws).

Other than the formal prayers or ‘salaah’, she (and indeed all the believers) can always pray, glorify, and make dua and supplication to Allah Subhanah in any language she wants; for Allah Subhanah is indeed the All Knowing.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 186:And if My servants ask you, O Prophet, concerning Me, tell them that I am quite near to them. I hear and answer the prayer of the suppliant, when he calls on Me. So let them respond to My call and believe in Me. (Convey this to them), perhaps they may be guided aright!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chater 40 Surah Mumin verse 60:And Your Lord says, “Call upon Me. I will answer your prayers. Those who disdain My worship on account of arrogance, shall certainly enter Hell in disgrace!”

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
