First let me mention that having worked in Twin Towers in the past, Iknow what New Yorkers will definitely miss the breathtaking view and unique skyline the twin architectural masterpieces offered.

It is common knowledge that mojeeza are abundant in the shahi mamlakat of our beloved Maula Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS). To make that aqeeda even more strong find the mind boggling miraculous stories of three mumineen who worked in Twin Towers on the day of attack:

1)A bahen used to work on the 90th floor and for some office work had to go down to the 10th floor when the plane hit the upper floors and that allowed her to come out safe and sound.

2). A young bhai who worked one of the middle floors felt the building shake violently as soon as the plane

hit. He assumed it was an earthquake and upon some kind of "intuition", he and his colleagues just rushed out of the building.

3). Another bhai, by mistake (fortunately), had left the headlights of his car on the previous night and his car would not start the next morning.

Consequently, he reached the downtown late and escaped the tragedy. The amount of destruction the attacks has caused is hair-raising and earthshattering. Most buildings within 10 city blocks have been damaged. And mind you, most structures are  40-60 floors high. Some have already collapsed and others are on the verge of collapsing. But all mumineen who worked in downtown are safe and sound. Now if this isn't a miracle of Aimmat Taherin and Duat Mutlaqeen than what is it?

Miracles of Syedna in New York

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

My beloved brother, as believers in Allah and the Last Day, it is our belief that our life and our death are determined by none other than Allah Subhanah. No one, I repeat NO ONE, has the power to change the time appointed for our deaths; not even by one split-second!

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale Imraan verse 145:No human being can ever die save by Allah’s leave; and the time of death has been pre-ordained.

Thousands of people died in the New York disaster; and thousands of people were saved. Among those thousands of people saved were our three Bohra brethren (as you have stated above); whom you claim were saved because of the ‘miracle’ of aimmat tahereen and duat mutlaqeen! There were hundreds of people who came late to work at the Twin Towers that Tuesday morning, or who left the building for some reason, or who were fortunate to escape from the building before it imploded. And these people who were saved belonged to various religions or maybe some might even be atheists! Thus can all the Hindus who were saved claim that they are alive because of the ‘miracle’ of Ram or Ganpati? Or can the Christians who were saved claim that they are alive because of the ‘miracle of Jesus Christ (s.a.)? Or can the Jews who were saved claim likewise? I wonder whose ‘miracle’ will the atheists claim?

Where was this ‘miracle’ when hundreds of Bohras died in the earthquake in Gujarat?

Our lives and our deaths are in the hands of Allah Subhanah Alone. When He decrees the time of one’s death, no power in this universe can change that decree.

If three of our brethren who worked at the Twin Towers were saved, it was only because their death was not ordained by Allah, and not through the miracle of your holy priests! Allah Subhanah has appointed the time for each of our deaths, and when that appointed time comes, there will be no miracles at work!

All those who invoke others with Allah should know that Allah Alone is in control over everything, and all the others who are invoked are helpless and powerless in front of Allah.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 22 Surah Hajj verse73: O mankind! A parable is related to you, so listen to it! Those on whom you call besides Allah, cannot create a fly, even though they may all combine together for this purpose! Nay! If a fly snatches away anything from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly! How weak are the those who petition, and how weak are those to whom they supplicate!

May Allah guide you and us to come to His worship and His invocation Alone. All Power and Strength belongs to Allah Alone.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
