Answer:

Visit medina during hajj obligatory

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Going to Madinah or praying in the Prophet’s (saws) Mosque in Madinah is not a requirement or obligation or a rite of Hajj.  If one did all their Hajj rites as guided by Allah and His Messenger (saws) perfectly, and for any reason whatsoever was not able to, or chose not to go/visit the Prophet’s (saws) Mosque in Madinah, it would not effect their rewards for their Hajj in the least.

Visiting Madina or offering prayer at the Prophet’s (saws) Mosque in Madinah is not amongst the prescribed ‘manasiks’ (rites) of Hajj.

To the best of our knowledge, we have not come across any authentic hadith which states that visiting Madinah during the Hajj is obligatory, or that not visiting Madinah during Hajj would be injustice to the Prophet (saws).

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
