Answer:
How to perform wudu during Ihraam
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
A believing woman pilgrim in ehram should perform the 'wudu' exactly the same as she would perform when she is not in the state of ehram. If the beleiving woman pilgrim in ehram happens or has to perform her 'wudu' in the presence of non-mehram men, it would only be piety and righteousness that she loosely cover her head whereby she is able to pass her wet hands over her hair without exposing her hair.
To pass her wet hands over her head cover would not fulfill one of the requirements of wudu.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
