End of world - predictions of qiyammah 21/12/2012: predictions given by nasa is there really the end of the world on 21/12/2012 ?

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question: 

There are so many predictions given by somany non muslim countrys in internet and through movie, what is the fact, we know the predictions given by allah in quran but as per predictions given by nasa is there really the end of the world on 21/12/2012

Answer:

End of time 2012

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 31 Surah Luqman verse 34:

34      Verily the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah (Alone).

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzaab verse 63:

63      Men ask thee (O Prophet (saws)) concerning the Hour: say "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (Alone)": and what will make thee understand? Perchance the Hour is near!

The knowledge of when exactly the ‘end of the world’ or the ‘Hour’ or the ‘Day of Judgment’ will be established is known to none save Allah Subhanah, the Majestic Lord of the Worlds Alone!  This is one amongst the information the Lord Most Wise has not shared or disclosed to even His closest Angels or the noblest of His Messengers or Prophets!  None in creation, and I reiterate, absolute none in creation knows when the ‘Hour’ or the ‘End of the World’ will be established….this knowledge is safe and secure with the Lord Most Majestic Most Supreme  Alone

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 187:

187    They ask thee about the (final) Hour; when will be its appointed time?  Say: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (Alone): none but He can reveal as to when it will occur.  Heavy were its burden through the heavens and the earth.  Only all of a sudden will it come to you. They ask thee as if thou wert eager in search thereof: Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (Alone) but most men know not."

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 42 Surah Shuraa verses 17-18:

17      It is Allah Who has sent down the Book in Truth and the Balance (by which to weigh conduct).  And what will make thee realize that perhaps the Hour is close at hand? 

18      Only those wish to hasten it who believe not in it! Those who believe in it hold it in awe and know that it is the Truth.  Behold verily those that dispute concerning the Hour are far astray!

The ignorant amongst mankind seek to hasten the establishment of the Hour or the ‘end of the World’…. in their absolute ignorance and albeit arrogance they act as if they are eager in search of this inevitable ‘Hour’!!! Allah is our witness brother, those who sincerely believe in Allah and the Last Day hold the establishment of this ‘Hour’ in absolute awe, and fear the consequences which will inevitably occur during it!!! 

To claim that the year 2012 will be the ‘end of the Worlds’ or that the ‘Hour’ will be established is nothing but an absolute conjecture and guesswork of the ignorant.  This inevitable ‘Hour’ will be established exactly at the time the Lord Most Majestic Most Supreme Declares it to be established….and not even the noble Angel Israfeel who has been created to blow the ‘trumpet’ to signal the establishment of the Hour knows when this inevitable Hour will be!  

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 5527        Narrated by AbuSa'id al-Khudri

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "How can I be at ease when the one who will blow the trumpet (to signal the advent of the Hour) has put it to his mouth, inclined his ear, and bent his forehead, waiting to see when he will be Commanded to blow it!”

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 34 Surah Saba verses 29-30:

29      They say: "When will this promise (of the establishment of the Hour come to pass) if ye are telling the truth?" 

30      Say: "The appointment to you is for a Day which ye cannot put back for an hour nor put forward."

If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),   one can be assured of never ever being misled;   but if one believes, obeys and follows any other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be assured of being led astray.  

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
