this question:
People
say that Allah comes very closure
to the places where Aouliya Allah are resting(Dargah)or you can say Allah ki
Rehmath ziyada hothi hai waha par jaha aouliya allah araam farmatey hai, so
what is wrong visiting this aouliya allah and ask from only Allah, dua`a khubul
honey ke chances ziyada hotey hai is it true pls clarify.

Answer:
Visiting dargahs and
auliyaas
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your
Statement: ….People say….
Who exactly are these ‘People’????
If by the term ‘People’ you mean Allah and His Messenger
(saws), by all means take, accept, follow, and obey every single Command which
comes forth from Allah and His Messenger (saws)…..that would be the Straight
Path (Siraat ul-Mustaqeem).
But if by ‘People’ you mean anybody else other than Allah
and His Messenger (saws)…..then one has to be extremely careful in believing
what such ‘people’ say! If such ‘people’
say something which is in accordance with the Guidance of Allah and His
Messenger (saws), by all means…accept and follow what is said. But if such ‘people’ say anything which is
against the Guidance of Allah and His Messenger (saws), never ever accept it as
the Truth!
Your
Question: ….People say that Allah comes very closure to the places where Aouliya Allah are
resting(Dargah) or you can say Allah ki Rehmath ziyada hothi hai waha par jaha
aouliya allah araam farmatey hai,
First and foremost brother, in light of the Guidance of
the Glorious Quran and the authentic and established Sunnah, there is
absolutely no reason to believe that Allah Subhanah is very close or closer to
the places where ‘Awliya Allah’ are resting (Dargahs)!!
It might be true that the ignorant amongst the ‘people’
might say or have said this….what is indeed confirmed that such a thing is not
declared by Allah Subhanah or His Messenger (saws)….and thus it can neither be
confirmed, nor believed!!!
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 186:
And if My
servants ask you, O Prophet, concerning
Me, tell
them that I am quite near to them.
I hear and answer the prayer of the suppliant, when he calls on Me. So let them respond to My call and believe in
Me. (Convey this to them), perhaps they may be guided aright!
Allah Subhanah Himself Declares in His Glorious Quran whom
He is close and near to….and that is to all His sincerely believing slaves….so
close is Allah Subhanah that our Lord All-Knowing All-Wise Declares in Truth
that He is closer to man than man’s very own jugular vein!!!!
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 50 Surah
Qaf Verse 16:
16 It was We who created
man and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his)
jugular vein.
Your
Question: ….so what is wrong visiting this aouliya allah and ask from only
Allah, dua`a khubul honey ke chances ziyada hotey hai is it true pls clarify.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 186:
And if My
servants ask you, O Prophet, concerning
Me, tell them that I am quite near
to them. I hear and answer the prayer of the
suppliant, when he calls on Me. So let them respond to My call and believe in
Me. (Convey this to them), perhaps they may be guided aright!
If one wishes to make supplications to their Lord Most
Gracious, one may do so form wherever one is……for the Lord Most Merciful is
quite near to each and every individual with His Knowledge and He hears and
responds to the supplications of the suppliant from wherever it may be
made. Thus if one wishes to make
supplications to their Lord, they do not need to go visit a ‘makbara’ or
‘dargah’!
It is permissible in Islam to make supplications for
the deceased in the graves and for oneself when visiting the graveyards; but if
(Allah forbid) one were to invoke the deceased or make supplications to
them instead of for them, then without an iota of a doubt, that
would be a manifestation of the unforgivable and heinous abomination of ‘shirk’
in the Sight of Allah Subhanah!
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 10 Surah Yunus
verse 18:
These people serve beside Allah those which can
neither harm nor benefit them, and say, “These are our ‘shofa’a’ (intercessors)
with Allah!” (O Mohammed), tell them,
“Do you wish to inform Allah of that thing which He knows not in the heavens,
or in the earth?” He is absolutely free
from, and exalted above the shirk
that they commit.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 18 Surah
Kahf verse 102:
What? Do
these people, who have disbelieved, presume that they would make My servants
their ‘auliyaas’ besides Me? We have
prepared Hell for the hospitality of such people.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah
Maidah verse 72:
Whoever
commits ‘shirk’ (invoking anything with Allah),
Allah shall forbid for him
Your
Statement: …..dua`a khubul honey ke chances ziyada hotey hai is it true pls
clarify.
Allah Subhanah and His Messenger (saws) have nominated the
places, times, and acts wherein the chances of one’s dua or supplications are
better accepted…..it would be absolute ignorance and foolishness to say the
least if one left the Guidance of Allah and His Messenger (saws) regarding the
places, and times, and acts nominated by them where supplications are better
accepted and follow what some ‘people’ have self-invented and fabricated!!!!
The places, times, and acts as nominated by Allah and His
Messenger (saws) where supplications are better accepted are:
- The
Sacred Houses of Allah or Masaajids…from the humblest one amongst them to
three Sacred Harams in Makkah, Madinah, and Al-Quds.
- The
holy month of Ramadan
- The
last ten days of the month of Ramadan
- The
odd nights amongst the last ten nights of Ramadan
- The
night of the ‘Laylatul Qadr’ in Ramadan
- The
days and nights of the Hajj season
- The
days and nights of the two blessed Eids
- The
day of Friday or Al-Jumuah
- The
last third of every night or the time when the voluntary Tahajjud prayers
are offered.
- The
five appointed times of obligatory prayers of the day and night.
- After
any good deed one does for the Sake and Pleasure of Allah Subhanah Alone.
Etc. etc.
Respected brother, it would be nothing but ignorance,
foolishness and indeed an insult if one were to leave the Guidance of Allah and
His Messenger (saws) regarding the places, times, and acts which they
themselves have nominated, and follow what some ignorant amongst ‘people’ say
are the best places or times to make supplications!!!
If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and
commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),
one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any
other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be
assured of being led astray.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
