Answer:
Husband dissappear
for ten years
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your
Question: ….Before 10 years he dissappear from her house due to some financial
Crisis. So Still , she has to wait for him?, Please let us know.
If one’s husband has ‘disappeared’ for such a considerable
period of time and has had absolutely no contact with one’s wife or his family,
and the wife fears that he is lost, or Allah forbid, dead…..she is well within
her rights to approach a Shariah Court and the Shariah Judge would declare her
husband officially lost, and grant her a divorce in her marriage. She would then be free to marry any other
person of her choice.
Your
Question: At this time , is it Permissible for her to wear the Jewellery and
ornaments. Please clarify about this,
If one’s husband is feared lost or has disappeared,
regardless of the period of time, the wife is well within her rights in Islam
to wear as much jewelry and ornaments as she wills and pleases.
The one and only time a believing woman is prohibited in
Shariah from wearing any jewelry or adornments of beauty is during her mourning
and waiting period of ‘iddah’ at the death of her husband, and that too for
only four months and ten days after the death of her husband.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 2.371 Narrated by Zainab bint Abi Salama
I went to Um Habibah (r.a.), the wife of
Prophet (saws), who said, "I heard the Prophet (saws) saying, 'It is not
lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to mourn for any dead
person for more than three days except for her husband, (for whom she should
mourn) for four months and ten days'."
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
