help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His

the ‘companions of the cave’ stayed in their caves for a period of three
hundred (solar) years or three-hundred and nine (lunar) years …. The All-Knowing
Lord Most Majestic guides the believers to abstain from conjecture and declare
that Allah Subhanah Alone Knows exactly how long the companions of the cave
stayed in the cave.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah
Ale-Imraan verses 35-36:

36 When she was delivered she said: "O my Lord! Behold! I am
delivered of a female child!" And
Allah knew best what she brought forth, and nowise is the male like the
female. ‘I have named her Maryam and I
commend her and her offspring to Thy protection from the Shaytaan,the
rejected."
In light of the guidance of the above quoted verses of the
Glorious Quran, the name of Hadrat Maryam’s father was Imraan.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
