Answer:

In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness.
Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray,
none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,
no grave, no prophet, no
imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone,
and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of
His Messengers.
Your question: Is it permissable in Islam: IVF/ TESTTUBE BABY
SERROGATE MOTHERS, SPERM DONOR ETC.
If a couple is childless, there is no harm if
one uses and takes the help of modern medicine,
science, and technology to help
them conceive a child. The scholars of
all schools of thought in Islam are unanimous in their opinion that if the
sperm or egg of a couple are taken, fertilized artificially, and re-inserted in the same woman, there is no harm.
But to take the sperm or egg of any
other person other than the couple, or giving the sperm or egg to any
other person, or using a surrogate
mother, is absolutely impermissible in Shariah.
Your question: A WIFE IS HAVING
TREATMENT. DOCTOR ADVICES AFTER THE INTERCOURSE LYING DOWN ATLEAST FOR
HALF AN HOUR AND NO WASHING....... IN THAT CASE HOW WOULD SHE DO
THE WUDU? AND IF SHE FALLS SLEEPING WITHOUT DOING THE WUDU IS THERE
A SIN? AS
Sahih Muslim Hadith
603 Narrated by Aisha
Abdullah ibn AbdulQays said, "I asked Aisha about the Witr (prayer) of
the Messenger of Allah (saws) and then I said:
“What did he do after having sexual intercourse? Did he take a bath before going to sleep, or did he sleep
before taking a bath?” She said: “He
did all these.” Sometimes he took a bath
and then slept, and
sometimes he performed ablution only and went to sleep.” I (the narrator) said: “Praise be to Allah Who has made things easy (for human beings).”
Said 'Aishah, "When the Prophet (saws) was in a state of
impurity because of intercourse and wanted to eat or sleep, he would perform ablution."
(Related by Ahmad and at-Tirmidhi)
It is indeed the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws), that he would perform the wudu or ghusl after having sexual
intercourse. But if for any reason, one forgets or
cannot perform wudu and falls asleep, there is no harm and no sin; they can perform the ghusl
when they get up from their sleep.
Your question: SOME COMMUNITY THINKS EATING RICE WITH
FINGERS NOT GOOD. MUST USE FORK OR SPOON.
WHAT IS THE SUNNAH ACCORDING TO OUR PROPHET?
Sahih Muslim Hadith
5050 Narrated by AbuHurayrah
Allah's Messenger
(saws) said: “When any one of you eats
food he should lick his fingers, for he does not know in what part of the food
sticking to his fingers the blessing lies.”
It is the Sunnah
of the Messenger of Allah (saws) that he used to eat his food with his fingers, and he would lick
his fingers after the meal. There is no
harm and no sin if one eats with his fingers, or with a fork or a spoon; because even if one uses a fork or a
spoon, he would still hold the fork and
the spoon with his hands!
Whatever written of Truth and

is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
