Answer:
When does a child become adult
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no
grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Question-1: Like blood from wound does not annull fast does blood anull wudu?
Said al-Hassan narrated that: "The
Muslims still prayed even while wounded." (Related by al-Bukhari.) He also reported that "Ibn 'Umar
squeezed a pimple until it bled, but he did not renew his ablution. Ibn Abi 'Uqiyy spat blood and continued his
prayer. 'Umar ibn al-Khattab prayed while blood was flowing from him. 'Ibbad
ibn Bishr was hit with an arrow while praying, but continued his prayers."
(Related by Abu Dawud, Ibn Khuzaimah, and al-Bukhari.)
Al-Muwatta Hadith 2.52
Yahya related from Malik from Abd ar Rahman
ibn al-Mujabbar that he saw Salim ibn Abdullah (r.a.) with blood running from
his nose so that his fingers were all coloured red. Then he rubbed it and
prayed without doing wudu.
Al-Muwatta Hadith 2.51
Yahya related that Abd ar-Rahman ibn Harmala
al-Aslami said, "I saw Said ibn
al-Musayyab (r.a.) with his nose bleeding and blood poured out of it so that
his fingers were all red from the blood coming out of his nose, and he prayed
without doing wudu."
In light of the above authentic traditions from the noble
companions of the Messenger of Allah (saws), the release of blood from a wound
does not annul or invalidate one’s wudu.

Question-2: i have been continuously been seeing dreams of myself somehow
stabbed, pushed from a building, shot by a bullet does this type of
illustration about my death in dream have some reality ?
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 9.144 Narrated by Abu Huraira
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "When the
Day of Resurrection approaches, the dreams of a believer will hardly fail to
come true, and a dream of a believer is one of forty-six parts of Prophetism,
and whatever belongs to Prothetism can never be false." Muhammad bin Sirin said, "But I say
this." He said, "It used to be said, 'There are three types of
dreams:
- The
reflection of one's thoughts and experiences one has during wakefulness,
- what
is suggested by Satan to frighten the dreamer,
- or
glad tidings from Allah.
So, if someone has a dream which he dislikes,
he should not tell it to others, but get up and offer a prayer.'"
The dreams that illustrate death are mostly interpreted by
the scholars to signify long-life and a reminder for the believer to constantly
remember their appointment of death and thus turn back to their Lord seeking
forgiveness for their deeds.

Question-3: what type of mammals are halal for eating is rabit halal.
The
list of halaal or permissible foods in Islam in endless! Allah and His Messenger (saws) have guided
and listed only the foods which are haraam or forbidden for the believers. The law or principle in determining whether a
food is halaal or haraam, the believers
must look in the list of the haraam foods, and if not found in that list, the food will be considered halaal for the
believers.
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verses 3-4:
3 Forbidden to you (for
food) are: dead meat, blood,
the flesh of swine, and that on
which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah, that which hath been killed by
strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild
animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone
(altars); (forbidden) also is the
division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given
up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for
you completed my favor upon you and have chosen for you Islam as your
religion. But if any forced by hunger
with no inclination to transgression Allah is indeed Oft-Forgiving Most
Merciful.
4 They ask thee what is
lawful to them (as food): say: Lawful
unto you are (all) things good and pure:
and what ye have taught your trained hunting animals (to catch) in the
manner directed to you by Allah; eat what they catch for you but pronounce the
name of Allah over it: and fear Allah; for Allah is swift in taking account.
5 This day are (all)
things good and pure made lawful unto you.
The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you, and yours is lawful unto them.
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 157:
157 Those who follow the
Messenger, the unlettered Prophet
(Mohamed (saws)) whom they find mentioned in their own (Scriptures); in the law and the Gospel; for he commands them what is just and forbids
them what is evil: he allows them as
lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and
impure); he releases them from their
heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him honor
him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with
him, it is they who will prosper."
Al-Muwatta Hadith
25.13
Yahya related from
Malik from Ibn Shibab from Abu Idris al-Khawlani from Abu Tha~laba al-Khushani
that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "It is haram to eat animals with
fangs "
Sahih Al-Bukhari
Hadith 7.435B Narrated by Az Zuhri
The Prophet (saws)
prohibited the eating of beasts having fangs.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith
4089 Narrated by Al-Irbad ibn
Sariyyah
On the day of
Khaybar Allah's Messenger (saws) forbade every carnivorous beast which had a
fang, every bird which had a claw, the flesh of domestic asses, the
‘mujaththamah’, and the ‘khalisah’.
(‘Mujaththamah’
means an animal set up and shot at. ‘Khalisah’ means an animal taken from a
wolf or a beast of prey by a man who had caught it, but which had died in his
hand before he could slaughter it.)
Thus, in light of the above Aayahs of the Holy
Quran and the various authentic narrations of the Messenger of Allah
(saws), here is the list of the haraam
foods:
- The meat of any animal that dies of itself or
is not slaughtered (including fall,
strangling, gored to death,
etc.)
- The flesh of swine
- The food on which any name other than Allah
Subhanah’s has been invoked
- The food that is slaughtered by any other than
the believers, Jews or Christians.
- The Messenger of Allah (saws) forbade the
believers to eat the meat of any animal which hunts with its fangs. (eg.
Lions, tigers, cheetahs, etc.)
- The Messenger of Allah (saws) forbade the
believers to eat the meat of any bird which hunts with its claws. (eagles, crows, etc.)
- All the impure animals and insects. (rats,
cockroaches, pests, etc.)
- The Messenger of Allah (saws) also forbade the
believers to eat dogs and domestic donkeys.
If the food does not fall in the
list of the haraam, it will be considered halaal and permissible for the
believers as food.
The ‘rabbit’ does not fall in any of the ‘haraam’ list of
foods and would thus be considered absolutely lawful and ‘halaal’ for the
believers to consume as food.
Your
Question-4: what is the criteria for eating a bird?
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith
4089 Narrated by Al-Irbad ibn
Sariyyah
On the day of
Khaybar Allah's Messenger (saws) forbade every carnivorous beast which had a
fang, every bird which had a claw, the flesh of domestic asses,
the ‘mujaththamah’, amd the ‘khalisah’.
(‘Mujaththamah’
means an animal set up and shot at. ‘Khalisah’ means an animal taken from a
wolf or a beast of prey by a man who had caught it, but which had died in his
hand before he could slaughter it.)
Any bird which hunts its prey with its claws were
forbidden as food for the believers by the Messenger of Allah (saws). For example birds like crows, eagles,
vultures, etc. are birds which hunt with their claws and thus their flesh would
be unlawful and prohibited for the believers to consume as food.
Your
Question-5: according to one hadith sins are not counted until a child becomes
an adult according to islamic birth etc when does a child become an adult?
Aishah related
that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "The pen is raised for three (meaning:
there is no obligation upon three): one who is sleeping until he wakens, the
child until he becomes an adult, and one who is insane until he becomes
sane."
Related by Ahmad,
Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, and al-Hakim.
Your
Question 5A: when does a child become an adult?
Ali reported that the Prophet (saws) said:
"The pen is raised for three groups [of people]--that is, they will not be
responsible for their actions: the insane until they become sane, those who are
sleeping until they awaken, and the young until they reach puberty."
Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and at-Tirmidhi.
According to Shariah Law a child will be considered an
adult as soon as he reaches the age or threshold of puberty whereby one beings
to understand and comprehend the shame of sex.
