Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,

One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

Salaam brother, my questions a bit unusual but i didnt know who else to turn to in a state of such desperation i hope u can help me, i know someone for a year and seven months now and we are really serious and have been thinking of marriage for a long time. iv just been delaying it due to my studies but today i found something that made me unsure of him, i know he`s involved in this islamic and political group minhaj-ul-quran of who the leader is Dr Tahir-ul-qadri, well today he told me that if Dr Tahir-ul-qadri requested him personally to leave me he would do it. Dr Tahir-ul-qadri is his spiritual leader and iv always known he adored him alot but i had no idea it was to this extent that i have no value at all in front of him and he can throw away everything we have. Please help and show me some light in his matter, is my jealous action inappropriate or are his actions extreme towards this leader? i mean its like he will do anything he asks him is that really right blindly following someone without ur persoanl opinion ivvolved or doing what you feel is right?

Man loves and believes in scholar unconditionally

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Only Allah and His Messenger (saws) have this Right that they will be believed and obeyed unconditionally! No other human being or leader, no matter who or what he is, has a right to be obeyed unconditionally. If one believes someone other than Allah and His Messenger (saws) unconditionally, then he has raised this person or leader to one of the two Unattainable Positions.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
