what are the rules reguarding sex after one has children? can 1 have relations in thesame if the child is sleeping? is it permissable to have relations in the same room with the child if the child is still just an infant and therefore doesnt understand?

Answer:

Can a husband and wife, can have sex if an infant is sleeping on the same bed

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sister as long as the child is an infant (less than 6 months old), there is no sin if the husband/wife copulate if the child is sleeping in the same room. However, it would be best to avoid copulation in the same room once the child starts growing.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
