Answer:

Sex during menstruation

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His  forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 222:

They ask you (O Prophet) about the monthly courses (of the women). Say, “It is a state of impurity; so keep apart from the women during their monthly courses, and do not go near them (for sex), until they are clean. When they have cleansed themselves, then you may go to them in the manner Allah has enjoined you.” Most surely Allah loves those people who refrain from evil and keep themselves pure and clean.

Allah has commanded the believers to restrain themselves from having sex with their wives when they are in a state of their menses. If one, intentionally, has sex with his wife during her state of uncleanliness, he shall be violating a direct command of Allah Subhanah, and thus committing a grave sin.

If one does not immediately turn to Allah, and seek sincere Taubah and repentance for his violation of the command of Allah; he will be held severely accountable in the Court of Allah. Thus, if one, in his ignorance, or lack of self-control, has violated this command of Allah, he should immediately turn to Allah in sincere Taubah and beg for His Forgiveness. Allah Subhanah is Oft-Forgiving, and Very Merciful; and it is expected that Allah will forgive him his sin.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
